Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 오존접촉지의 축소화와 글로우방전 전력을 저감한 정화처리용의 오존처리시설을 제공하는 데 있다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명에서는 공기를 산소부화장치(1)로 고농도산소로 하고, 이것을 오존발생기(3)로 보내 오존농도가 30g/N㎥ 이상 또는 30(g/N㎥)에서 80(g/N㎥)의 범위로 발생시켜, 이들 오존을 오존접촉지(4)에서 산기시킨다.

Claims (3)

  1. 공기를 산소부화장치로 고농도산소로하고, 이것을 오존발생기로 보내어 고농도오존을 발생시키고, 오존을 오존접촉지로 산기시키는 오존처리시설에 있어서, 오존농도를 30g/N㎥이상으로 하여 오존접촉지로 산기시키고, 100%면적의 오존접촉지를 60±10%까지 축소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정화처리용의 오존처리시설.
  2. 공기를 산소부화장치로 고농도산소로 하고, 이것을 오존발생기로 보내어 고농도오존을 발생시키고, 오존을 오존접촉지로 산기시키는 오존처리시설에 있어서, 오존농도 30(g/N㎥)에서 80(g/N㎥)의 범위로 되도록 산소부화장치에서 발생하는 산소의 유량을 제어하고, 오존접촉지에서 산기시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정화처리용의 오존처리시설.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산소부화장치에서 불필요한 질소(N2)를 대기로 배기하고, 오존발생기로의 N2를 10% 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정화처리용의 오존처리시설.
