Abstract
PURPOSE: To remove the COD components in the waste fluid from the desulfurization of flue gas, by concentrating the above-mentioned COD components using the reverse osmosis membrane into the remaining liquid at the membrane side and by carrying out the thermal decomposition and oxidation treatment of this concentrated liquid.
