Claims (2)
- 입력단(100)에 연결된 저역통과필터(200)와, 상기 저역통과필터(200)의 출력신호를 크기는 1/2로 되고 위상은 90도 차가 발생하는 2개 신호로 분배하는 제1밸런(310)와, 상기 제1밸런(310)의 출력신호와 제1발진 주파수를 혼합하여 고주파의 중간주파수 신호를 출력하는 업컨버터(400)와, 상기 업컨버터(400)에서 출력되는 2개의 중간주파수 신호를 입력받아 결합하는 동시에 상기 제1밸런(310)에서 발생되는 왜곡과 반대의 왜곡이 발생하여 서로 상쇄되도록 하는 제2밸런(320)과, 상기 제2밸런(320)의 출력단에 연결된 제1대역통과필터(500)와, 상기 제1대역통과필터(500)의 출력신호를 크기는 1/2로 위상은 90도 차가 발생하는 2개의 신호로 분배하는 제3밸런(330)과, 상기 제3밸런(330)의 출력신호와 제2발진주파수를 혼합하여 저주파의 중간주파수 신호를 출력단(800)으로 출력하는 다운컨버터(600)와, 상기 다운컨버터(600)의 혼합부(630)에서 출력하는 2개의 중간주파수 신호를 입력받아 결합하는 동시에 상기 제3밸런(330)에서 발생되는 왜곡과 반대의 왜곡이 발생하여 서로 상쇄되도록 하는 제4밸런(340)과, 상기 제4밸런(340)의 출력신호를 입력받아 소정 대역의 주파수를 상기 다운컨버터(600)의 증폭부로 출력하는 제2대역통과필터(700)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2중 주파수 변환 튜터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 업컨버터(400) 및 다운컨버터(600)는 화합물 반도체 마이크로웨이브 집적회로(MMIC : microwave monolitics integrated circuits)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2중 주파수 변환 튜터.
