Abstract
본 발명은 Reference-pulse 방법에서 보간을 할때 기울기를 이용함으로써 보간시간의 단축을 얻는 방법에 대한 것이다. Reference-pulse 방법에서 가장 큰 단점은 얻을 수 있는 최대 이송속도값이 작다는 것이다. 본 발명은, 기존의 SAM, DSM 방법에 기울기를 이용하는 방법을 적용시킴으로써 M-SAM, M-DSM 방법을 새로 개발하여 보간시간의 단축을 얻도록 하는 것이다.
