본 발명은 유체속에 용해되어 있는 이온성분이나 염을 완전하게 분리 제거하여 순수하게 처리하는 전기 이온 제거장치 모듈에 관한 것으로 종래의 전기투석장치나 전기 이온 제거장치는 평평한 판넬형태의 음이온교환막, 양이온교환막등이 나란히 정렬된 형태로서 상자모양의 입형이나 평형의 형태를 이루며 형태가 복잡할 뿐 아니라 시스템을 구성할 경우 연결 배관등이 매우 복잡하게 구성되며 여러개의 구멍들로 유체 출입구가 구성되어 유체와 외부와의 밀봉이 어려워 장치를 통과하는 액체의 압력에 의하여 유체의 누출 현상이 빈번하게 일어나 정수작용에 문제가 있으나 본 발명에서는 원통형의 압력용기를 구비하여 전체적인 형상을 원통형으로 하며, 압력용기의 내부로 유체를 유입하는 유체입구를 하나만 구비하여 직접 처리부나 농축부로 유체를 공급하도록 하여 유체의 누출을 방지하도록 하며, 이온교환막의 일측만 접착하여 이온교환수지를 충진하고 타측은 이온교환막을 부착하지 않고 탈착이 가능하도록 하여 필요시 스페이서 내부의 이온교환수지를 교체할 수 있도록 하며, 처리효율을 극대화 하기 위하여 유체의 통과 길이를 최대로 확장할 수 있도록 나선형태로 유체통로를 형성함을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to an electric ion removing device module that completely separates and removes ions or salts dissolved in a fluid and processes them in a pure manner.
