Abstract

본 발명은 진공청소기용 집진장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 정화성이 우수한 진공청소기를 제공하기 위해, 여과망(3)이 설치된 종래방식의 1차집진부(C1)와, 여과망(3)을 통과한 미세입자를 재차 집진시켜줄 수 있도록 증기입자 분사에 의한 침전방식의 2차집진부(C2)와, 상기 1차집진부(C1) 및 2차집진부(C2)사이에 구비된 작동부(M)와, 흡수필터(7a)(7b)가 내장된 분리형의 여과통(3) 및 증기입자 분사용 물을 공급하여 주기 위한 수조(9)가 구비된 주변부(E)로 구성된 것으로써, 공기정화성이 뛰어나고 장기간 사용시에도 고도의 여과율이 유지되며 여과수단의 교환 및 청소가 용이하고 작동시에 소음이 없는 진공청소기용 2차집진장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 2차 집진장치가 적용된 진공청소기의 전체 구조를 도시한 종단면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 2차 집진장치의 각 구성부재를 단면도시한 분해사시도, 제3도는 종래 고안에 따른 액체를 이용한 진공청소기용 2차 집진장치의 측단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 여과망(3)이 내장된 집진부(C1)와, 모우터(4) 및 베인(5)이 내장된 작동부(M)로 이루어진 진공청소기에 있어서, 상기 집진부(C1)를 본체(10)의 선단부에 배치하고 작동부(M)를 본체(10)의 중앙부에 배치하며, 본체(10)의 후단부에 가습조(18) 및 침전조(6)를 구비한 2차 집진부(C2)와, 가습조(18)에 물을 공급하기 위한 수조(9)와, 공기배출구(19)에의해 침전조(6)와 통하는 여과통(8)을 각각 배치하되, 상기 가습조(18)의 상부일측에는 수조(9)의 개폐밸브(33)를 삽입하기 위한 밸브 안착구(44)가 형성되고 상부타측에는 무화된 증기입자를 침전조(6)내로 안내해주는 분사관(17)이 형성되며,본체(10)의 분리캡 결합구(47)로 통하는 가습조(18)의 바닥면을, 분리캡(15)에 의해 지지되는 초음파 진동자(16)가 내장된 진동자 케이스(48)로써 밀폐하여서 된 진공청소기용 2차집진장치.
  2. 작동부(M)의 모우터(4) 구동에 따른 베인(5)의 회전력에 의해 오염물질을 수반한 공기가 호오스(2a)와 흡입관(2)을 통해 외부로부터 유입되어 여과망(3)에 1차 집진되고, 상기 여과망(3)을 통과한 미세 먼지입자는 작동부(M)를통해 침전조(6)로 유입되는 한편, 수조(9)로부터 공급된 물을 초음파 진동방식에 의해 무화시켜 상기 침전조(6) 내부로분사하므로써 유입공기중의 미세 먼지입자와 증기입자가 서로 친화되어 침전조(6)의 바닥으로 침전되고, 정화된 공기는공기배출구(19)로 유입된 후 여과통(8)내의 흡수필터(7a)(7b)를 통해 수분이 제거된 상태로 배출되도록 한 진공청소기용 2차집진방법.
