Abstract

태양전지에 의해 발생한 전력을 충전해서 부하에 공급하는 태양전지장치에서 1일의 일사량이 비오는 날 혹은 흐린 날의 경우를 상정하고, 그 상정한 일사량으로 부하가 1일에 소비하는 전력을 발전할 수 있는 용량을 가지는 태양전지와, 적어도 부하가 1일에 소비하는 전력에 대응하는 축전용량을 가지는 전기2중층 콘덴서.

Claims (2)

  1. 태양전지에 의해 발생한 전력을 충전해서 부하에 공급하는 태양전지장치로서, 1일의 일사량이 비오는 날 혹은 흐린 날의 경우를 상정하고, 상기 상정한 일사량으로 부하가 1일에 소비하는 전력을 발전할 수 있는 용량을 가지는 태양전지와, 적어도 부하가 1일에 소비하는 전력에 대응하는 축전용량을 가지는 전기2중층 콘덴서와를 구비하는 태양전지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기2중층 콘덴서는 충전된 전압과, 일조 판정으로 되는 요소에 의해 복수개 병렬접속의 사용으로부터 복수개 직렬 접속의 사용으로 수동 혹은 자동 절환할 수 있는 전기2중층 콘덴서ㆍ유니트로서 구성하는 태양전지장치.
