Abstract

이 발명은 오디오(Audio), 비디오(Video)와 같은 오디오/비디오 기기의 헤드를 조립 제조함에 있어서, 종래에는 헤드 베이스의 가운데에 구멍을 형성하여 상기 구멍에 코일의 끝단을 밀어 넣은 후 그 끝단을 잡아 빼내는 번거러움이나 불편함이 있었던 제결점 등을 해소하기 위한 것으로서, 코일(Coil)을 칩(Chip)에 감고 이 코일을 헤드 베이스의 양측면 요함부에 삽입되도록 벗겨서 정형함으로써, 코일 정형시 많은 손질이 필요하고 시간이 많이 소요되는 것을 방지함과 더불어 코일을 구멍에 밀어 넣거나 당겨 빼내는 일이 없도록 함으로써 품질 및 생산성 향상에 크게 기여할 수 있게 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 오디오(Audio), 비디오(Video)와 같은 오디오/비디오 기기의 헤드를 제조함에 있어서, 칩(3)이 고정되는헤드 베이스(5)의 양측면이 내측으로 오목하게 함몰되는 요함부(51,51)를 형성하여 칩(3)에 감고 있는 코일(C)이 상기 헤드 베이스(5)의 요함부 쪽으로 벗겨서 정형하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오디오/비디오 기기의 헤드 베이스 구조.
