자동 변속기에 작용하는 기본 압력을 초기 설정할 때 먼저 리듀싱 압력을 설정값으로 설정한 후 킥 다운 서보 브레이크의구동 압력을 조정할 수 있도록하는 자동 변속기의 유압 장치 구동압 설정 장치 및 그 제어 방법을 제공하기 위하여 리두싱 밸브를 통해 발생하는 압력의 크기에 따라 해당하는 전기 신호를 출력하는 제1압력 감지 수단과; 킥 다운 서보 브레이크로 인가되는 구동압의 크기에 따라 해당하는 전기 신호를 출력하는 제2압력 감지 수단과; 제1 및 제2압력 감시 수단에서 출력되는 신호를 판독하여, 리듀싱 압력을 설정 압력으로 조정하기 위해 리듀싱 밸브의 조정 스크류의 동작 상태를 제어하기 위한 제어 신호를 출력한후, 킥 다운 서보 브레이크의 구동 압력이 설정 범위안에 포함될 수 있도록 레귤레이터밸브의 조정 스크류의 동작 상태를 제어하기 위한 제어 신호를 출력하여 유압 장치의 라인압을 조정할 수 있도록 하는 동작 제어 수단과; 상기 동작 제어 수단에서 출력되는 제어 신호에 따라 동작 상태가 가변되어 리듀싱 밸브와 레귤레이터밸브의 조정 스크류의 동작 상태를 가변시키는 스크류 회전 장치로 이루어져 있다.To provide a hydraulic device drive pressure setting device and an automatic control method of the automatic transmission that allows to adjust the driving pressure of the kick-down servo brake after setting the reducing pressure to the set value when initially setting the basic pressure acting on the automatic transmission.
