Abstract

본 발명은 진공청소기의 브러쉬(brush) 구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 매끄러운 표면의 바닥면위에서 브러쉬가 전진하면 회전봉이 정지하고, 브러쉬를 후진하면 회전봉이 역회전되며, 융단이나 카펫과 같이 푹신한 표면의 바닥면위에서 브러쉬가 전진하면 회전봉이 정회전하고, 브러쉬가 후진하면 회전봉이 역회전되어 청소효율의 향상은 물론 사용상의 편리함이 개선된 진공청소기의 브러쉬 회전봉 구동제어 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 회전봉의 원기둥 몸체 일측에 형성되고, 다수개의 수직면과 호형의 곡면을 외주면에 형성한 원형톱니형의 커프부재; 상기 커프부재에 인접하여 중간부분이 힌지로서 회전가능하도록 브러쉬에 장착되고, 일측단부는 상기 커프부재측으로 연장하며 타측단부는 로울러를 장착하고 바닥면으로 향하여 연장한 걸림레버; 및 상기 걸림 레버의 상단 프레임을 하부측으로 압압하여 상기 걸림레버가 커프부재에 밀착하도록 하여 주는 탄성스프링; 을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기의 브러쉬 회전봉 구동제어장치를 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 진공청소기의 브러쉬에 장착된 회전봉의 구동제어 장치에 있어서, 회전봉(6)의 원기둥몸체 일측에 형성되고, 다수의 수직면(54a)과 호형의 곡면(54b)을 외주면에 형성된 원형 톱니형의 커프부재(52); 상기 커프부재(52)에 인접하여 중간부분인 힌지(57)로서 회전가능하도록 브러쉬에 장착되고, 일측단부는 상기 커프부재(52)측으로 연장하며 타측단부는 로울러(65)을 장착하고 바닥면(F)으로 향하여 연장한 걸림레버(56); 및 상기 걸림레버(56)의 상단프레임(59)을 하부측으로 압압하여 상기 걸림레버(56)가 커프부재(52)에 밀착하도록 하여주는 탄성스프링(70); 을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기의 브러쉬 회전봉 구동제어 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림레버(56)는 커프부재(52)측으로 연장한 일측단부에 절곡부(60)를 형성하고, 상기 절곡부(60)에는 수직면(62b)과 경사면(62a)이 형성되며, 상기 수직면(62b)은 커프부재(52)의 수직면(54a)에 대향하고, 상기 경사면(62a)의 커프부재(52)의 곡면(54b)으로 향하도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기의 브러쉬 회전봉 구동 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림레버(56)의 로울러(65)는 그 하단부가 바닥면(F)으로 부터 일정높이에 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기의 브러쉬 회전봉 구동제어장치.
