Abstract

본 발명은 버섯종균 접종장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 접종구멍 형성작업과, 접종 및 마개처리작업이 자동으로 행해지며, 지지 고정된 접종소재의 작업부위를 자동으로 설정해 주는 버섯종균 자동접종장치에 관한 것이다.
기대에 설치되며, 레일을 구비한 상판;상기 상판의 레일상에 설치되며, 복수개의 수직레일을 포함하여 기대일측에 설치된 실린더에 의해 횡방향의 전후진 이동하는 이송대;상기 이송대의 중앙 레일상에 설치되며, 일측에 고정 설치된 실린더에 의해 수직방향의 전후진 이동하는 드릴머신을 포함한 구멍형성장치;상기 구멍형성장치의 양측레일상에 일정한 간격으로 이격 설치되어 고정 설치된 실린더에 의해 수직방향의 전후진 이동하며, 종균통, 접종실린더, 접종실린더구동 실린더 및 마개띠 이송장치를 포함한 종균접종장치;그리고 상기 이송대의 전방기대에 설치되며, 롤러를 구비한 접종소재지지구, 양측지지구 사이에 구비된 접종소재 받침대, 받침대를 상하 구동시키는 실린더를 포함한 접종소재 지지장치로 구성된 것이다.
이에 따라 고정 지지된 접종소재에 접종구멍형성과 종균접종 및 마개처리가 일괄적으로 수행되며, 접종소재는 접종부위를 자동으로 설정시키게 됨에 따라 종래에서와 같이 무거운 접종기를 들고 다니면서 작업하게 되는 수거로움을 덜게 되며, 작업의 능률을 배가시킬 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 기대에 설치되며, 레일을 구비한 상판;상기 상판의 레일상에 설치되며, 복수개의 수직레일을 포함하여 기대일측에 설치된 실린더에 의해 횡방향의 전후진 이동하는 이송대;상기 이송대의 중앙레일상에 설치되며, 일측에 고정 설치된 실린더에 의해 수직방향의 전후진 이동하는 드릴머신을 포함한 구멍형성장치;상기 구멍형성장치의 양측 레일상에 일정한 간격으로 이격 설치되어 고정 설치된 실린더에 의해 수직방향의 전후진 이동하며, 종균통, 접종실린더, 접종실린더구동용 실린더 및 마개띠 이송장치를 포함한 종균접종장치;그리고 상기 상판의 전방 기대에 설치되며, 롤러를 구비한 접종소재 지지구, 양측 지지구 사이에 구비된 접종소재받침대, 받침대를 상하 구동시키는 실린더를 포함한 접종소재지지장치로 구성되어 이송대의 순차적인 수평이동에 따라 구멍형성장치의 수직이동에 의해 접종구멍을 형성하며, 뒤이어 종균접종장치의 수직 이동에 의해 종균접종 및 마개처리가 행해지며, 접종소재 지지장치에 의해 접종부위가 새로이 설정된후 이송대의 복귀 이동에 의해 구멍형성작업과 종균접종 및 마개처리작업이 또다시 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯종균 자동접종장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이송대에는 복수개의 구멍형성장치와, 복수개의 종균접종장치의 각각이 서로 순차적으로 배열 설치되어, 복수개의 구멍형성장치의 동시적인 구멍형성작업에 따른 복수개의 종균접종장치가 이송대의 이동방향 전환에 따라 각각 작업수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯종균 자동접종장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이송대에는 다수의 구멍형성장치와, 다수의 종균접종장치의 각각이 서로 순차적으로 배열 설치되어, 다수의 구멍형성장치의 동시적인 구멍형성작업에 따른 다수의 종균접종장치의 동시적인 종균접종작업이 이송대의 1호의 왕복운동에 의해 1열의 작업이 완료되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯종균 자동접종장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이송대상에는 또다른 이송대가 구비되며, 상기 또 다른 이송대는 상판의 수직레일상에 설치되는 받침구에 힌지축설되고, 스프링에 지지되며, 상기 또다른 이송대상에 설치되는 구멍형성장치 및 접종장치에는 가이더가 설치되어 접종소재의 굴곡진 형상을 따라 구멍형성장치 또는 접종장치가 또다른 이송대의 힌지축을 중심으로 상하 회동가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯종균 자동접종장치.
