Abstract

Claims (7)

  1. 플라스틱 발포물로 된 중간의 접착된 절연층(4)뿐 아니라 클래딩의 내부와 외부 각각의 벽, 지붕 및 바닥면을 형성하도록 수평 및 수직 박판 부재(6, 7, 8 ; 9, 10, 11)를 구성하는 외부 클래딩(3)과 내부클래딩(2)을 가지며, 외부 클래딩(3)의 상기 박판 부재(9, 10, 11)가 게이블에서 수직 모서리 기둥(16)과 상부 및 하부 가로 거더(14, 15)뿐 아니라 상부 및 하부 세로 거더 (12, 13)를 구성하는 콘테이너의 부하 수용 프레임에 부착되는 이중벽으로된 냉동된 콘테이너(1)에 있어서, 상호 연결된 상부 및 하부 가로 거더(14. 15)와 수직 모서리 기둥(16)이 외부 클래딩의 박판 부재(9, 10, 11)가 연결되는 외부 케이블 프레임(14, 15, 16)을 제공하고 냉동된 콘테이너가 외부 및 내부 케이블 프레임 사이의 탄성적 재료로 된 중간의 환형의 그리고 접착된 인서트(20)뿐 아니라 내부 클래딩의 박판 부재 (6, 7, 8)가 연결되는 박판 재료로 된 내부 게이블 프레임(19a, b, c)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중벽으로 된 냉동된 콘테이너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성적 재료로 된 중간 인서트(20)가 몰딩된 플라스틱 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중벽으로 된 냉동된 콘테이너.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 내부 클래딩(2)과 외부 클래딩(3) 각각의 박판 부재(6,7,8 과 9,10,11)가 용접에 의해 내부 게이블 프레임(19a, b, c)과 외부 게이블 프레임(14, 15, 16) 각각과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중벽으로 된 냉동된 콘테이너.
  4. 플라스틱 발포물로 된 중간의 접착된 절연층(4)뿐 아니라 클래딩의 내부와 외부 각각의 벽, 지붕 및 바닥 면을 형성하도록 수평 및 수직 박판 부재 (6, 7, 8 ; 9, 10, 11)의 내부 클래딩(2)과 외부 클래딩(3)을 구성하며, 외부 클래딩의 상기 박판 분재(9, 10, 11)가 장착된 상태에서, 게이블에서 수직 모서리 기둥(16)과 상부 및 하부가로 거더(14, 15)뿐 아니라 상부 및 하부 세로 거더(12, 13)를 구성하는 콘테이너(1)의 부하 수용 프레임에 부착되는 이중벽으로 된 냉동된 콘테이너(1)에 사용되는 게이블 프레임(25)에 있어서, 게이블 프레임(25)이 상부 및 하부 가로 거더(14, 15)와 수직 모서리 기둥(16)을 구성하는 외부 프레임과 박판 부재(19a, b, c)으 내부 프레임 뿐 아니라 외부 및 내부 프레임 사이의 탄성적 재료로 된 중간의, 환형의 그리고 접착된 인서트(20)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 게이블 프레임(25).
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 탄성적 재료로 된 중간 인서트(20)가 몰딩된 폴리우레탄 플라스틱 재료에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 게이블 프레임.
  6. 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 게이블 프레임이, 콘테이너 문(18)상의 환형 정합 스트립(20)이 닫힌 상태에서 뻗어있게 되는 탄성적 밀봉 재료로 된 부가적인 환형의 그리고 외부로 방향잡힌 인서트(20a)구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 게이블 프레임.
  7. 제4항에서 6항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 게이블 프레임이 외부 및/또는 프레임 위에 직접 장착된 희생 박판 재료를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 게이블 프레임.
