Abstract

Claims (15)
- 바퀴와 허브 엄셈블리, 바퀴와 허브 어셈블리보다 더 무거운 차체, 바퀴와 허브 어셈블리 그리고 차체 사이의 에너지 저장 매개체, 바퀴와 허브 그리고 차체 사이의 상대적 움직임시 바퀴와 허브 어셈블리 그리고 차체 사이에 미리 정해진 정도로 에너지 저장 매개체에서 방출할 수 있게 에너지를 저장하는 장치를 포함한 바퀴 달린 차량을 위한 서스펜션 장치에 있어서, 에너지 저장 매개체와 에너지 저장 매개체에서 에너지를 방출할 수 있는 장치는 자기 충족 모듈로 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에너지 저장 매개체가 변위에 따라 힘을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 바퀴와 허브 어셈블리의 수직 운동을 바퀴오 허브 어셈블리 그리고 에너지 저장 매개체에 직·간접적으로 연결된 연결 아암의 회전 운동으로 바꾸는 장치, 연결 아암의 회전운동을 에너지 저장 매개체의 직선운동으로 바꾸는 장치로 구성된 에너지를 방출할 수 있는 장치를 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 연결 아암의 회전운동을 에너지 저장 매개체의 직선운동으로 바꾸는 장치가 캠 표면을 포함한는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 바퀴와 허브 어셈블리의 수직 운동에 관계없이 에너지 저장 매개체를 압축하고 차량의 기우는 것과 구르는 것을 보상하는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- (a)바퀴와 허브 어셈블리; (b) 바퀴와 허브 어셈블리보다 더 무거운 차체; (c) 바퀴와 허브 어셈블리 그리고 차체 사이에 있고 중심축에 고정되 에너지 저장 매개체; (d) 바퀴와 허브 어셈블리의 수직운동에 대해 중심축 주위로 회전할 수 있게 내부 단부와 외부 단부를 가지는 서스펜션 제어부재; (e) 바퀴와 허브 어셈블리와 연결된 제어부재의 바깥쪽 단부, 중심축 주위에서 회전할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 캠 종동부 캐리어 연결된 제어부재의 안쪽 단부; (f)적어도 하나의 킴 종동부를 포함한 각각의 캠 종동부 캐리어; (g) 램프링에서 캠표면과 맞물리는 각각의 캠 종동부; (h) 에너지 저장 매개체 플랫폼에 고정되어 있는 각각의 램프링; (i) 에너지 저장 매개체 플랫폼에 고정되어 있는 각각의 에너지 저장 매개체 플랫폼; (j) 캠 종동부 캐리어와 캠 표면위에 캠 종동부를 회전시킬때 에너지 저장 매개체를 압착하기 위해 축방향으로 이동하도록 되어있는 램프링과 에너지 저장 매개체 플롯폼; (k) 중심축 주위의 에너지 저장 매개체 회전을 막는 에너지 저장 매개체로 통합된 반응 아암을 포함하는 바퀴 달린 차량용 서스펜션 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 캠 종동부가 로울러인 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 6항에 있어서, 에너지 저장 매개체가 코일 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 6항에 있어서, 에너지 저장 매개체가 열경화 또는 열가소성 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 6항에 있어서, 에너지 저장 매개체가 하나 또는 더 많은 기체 축압기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 6항에 있어서, 에너지 저장 매개체가 원판 스프링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 바퀴와 허브 어셈블리 움직임 사이에 관계와 저장 매개체의 압축이 캠 종동부 캐리어의 독립적인 에너지 저장 매개체 플랫폼과 램프링을 회전함으로써 변경될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 램프링과 에너지 저장 매개체 플랫폼이 반응 아암에 영향을 미치는 발동기에 의해 캠 종동부 캐리어에 독립적으로 회전할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 6항에 있어서, 에너지 저장 매개체 진동을 제어하기 위해 댐퍼가 바퀴와 허브 어셈블리 그리고 차체 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 장치.
