Abstract
본 발명은 허브와 허브 디스크 간의 충격을 감쇠시키기 위한 토션 프리댐핑 장치에 관한 것이다. 흡수성 재료로 만들어진 크라운 삽입물(20)이 상기 디스크와 상기 허브 사이에 형성된 느슨한 치합 부분의 치합 기어이(18)와 피치합 기어이(19) 사이에 배열된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 프리댐핑 장치를 가진 마찰 클러치의 단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 박스의 세부 확대도, 제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선 단면도, 제4도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 제3도의 유사도.
Claims (13)
- 사이에 느슨한 치합 수단(16)을 가지며, 프리댐핑 및 중심설정 수단이라 불리는 탄성수단을 극복하고 서로에 대하여 회전 가능한 두개의 동축 부품(10,11)을 포함하는 특히 자동차 클러치용 토션 프리댐핑 장치에 있어서, 상기 치합 수단이 치합 기어이(18)와 피치합 기어이(19)를 포함하며, 충격 흡수 재료로 만들어진 크라운 삽입물(20)이 상기 기어이 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입물(20)이 피치합 기어이(18)를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입물이 치합 기어이(18)를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입물(20)이 갈라진것을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입물이 상기 기어이와 접촉하게 되는 영역과 비작동 영역 사이에 가변 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입물(20)이 상기 톱니(18,19)와 접촉하는 면상에 과도한 두께가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입물이 그것을 지지하는 기어이의 형상에 부합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션프리댐핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공간(21)이 상기 삽입물과 그것을 지지하는 기어이 세트의 하나 사이에 제공되며 그 공간은 상기 삽입물의 압축으로 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입물의 재료가 플라스틱, 납, 주철 또는 알루미늄으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마찰 와셔(22A,22B)가 상기 삽입물을 축방향으로 고정함을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입물(20)이 상기 인접한 마찰 와셔(22A,22B)중 하나와 일체인 것을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 삽입물이 상기 허브와 상기 디스크에 고정되거나 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 삽입물(20)이 상기 마찰 와셔중 하나에 고정되거나 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션 프리댐핑 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
