Abstract

홈을 통해 연장되는 상단 모서리 돌출부가 구비되어 있는 견고한 단부판 주위를 홈이 있는 유연한 시트로 둘러싸여 형성된 운반구에 관한 것이다. 경사판의 내향 경사부로부터 연장되어 있는 잠금탭에 의해 시트가 단부판에 결합된다. 천장판편 대신 잠금탭을 사용하므로써 적재 및 선적시에 하중이 예상될 때는 운반구의 측면판을 다층 구조로 할 수도 있다.

제1도는 본 발명 운반구의 하나의 실시예에 대한 사시도, 제2도는 제1도의 운반구내의 단부판의 전개도, 제3도는 제1도의 운반구내에 채택된 커버시트를 제작하기 위해 사용되는 블랭크의 전개도, 제4도는 초기 접는 단계 종료 후 제3도의 블랭크의 전개도, 제5도는 제1도 운반구 단부의 부분확대고, 제5A도는 제1도의 선5A-5A상의 횡단면도, 제6도는 제3도의 써클(6)영역의 잠금탭이 도시된 확대전개도, 제7도는 변경된 운반구를 제작하기 위한 블랭크의 부분전개도, 제8도는 제7도 블랭크로부터 만들어진 운반구 단부의 부분확대도, 제9도는 또 다른 변경된 운반구를 제작하기 위한 블랭크의 부분전개도, 제10도는 제9도의 블랭크로 제작된 운반구의 부분전개도, 제11도는 변경된 잠금탭이 있는 운반구의 부분사시도, 제12도는 제11도 운반구의 커버시트를 형성하는데 사용되는 블랭크의 부분전개도, 제13도는 제11도의 운반구의 부분확대 단면도, 제14도는 제12도의 써클(14)영역의 변경된 잠금탭이 도시된 확대전개도.

Claims (19)

  1. 두개의 이격되고, 실질적으로 평행하며, 비교적 견고한 단부판; 각각 두개의 상단 모서리영역 및 상단 모서리 영역 각각으로부터 상대적으로 짧은 거리내에 내부로 공간이 나있는 하나의 상향으로 연장된 돌출부를 가진 단부판; 단부판 사이로 연장된 바닥 및 측면판을 형성하는 유연한 시트; 각각 내향된 상단 경사부를 포함하는 측면판; 각각의 상단 경사부내의 홈을 통해 연장되어 있는 단부판의 상단 모서리 영역; 단부판에 접해있는 각각의 상단 경사부로부터 연장되어 있는 잠금탭; 잠금탭을 단부판 돌출부에 체결하는 수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 단부판은 유사한 인접 스태크된 운반구의 돌출부를 수용하기 위한 오목한 형태의 하단부를 돌출부의 반대편에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단부판과 유사하고 그것에 실질적으로 평행한 하나 인상의 중간 종단판, 중간 종단판에 접해 있고 상단 경사부로부터 연장되어 있는 형태의 추가적인 잠금탭이 구비되어 있는 상단 경사부 및 추가적인 잠금탭을 중간 종단판상의 돌출부에 체결하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 측면판이 2층 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 층의 하나는 외부층이고, 다른 하나는 측면판 각각의 상단 경사부에 연결된 절첩 가능한 내부 강화층인 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  6. 제6항에 있어서, 층의 하나는 외부층이고, 두번째 층은 측면판 각각의 상단 경사부에 연결된 절첩 가능한 내부 강화층이고, 세번째 층은 두번째 층에 연결된 접철 가능한 내부 강화층인 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 측면판 각각과 조합되는 잠금탭이 측면판의 사안 경사부에 접철 가능하게 연결되어 있는 폭이 좁은 스트립에 의해 서로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  8. 제8항에 있어서, 측면판이 2층 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  9. 제9항에 있어서, 층의 하나는 외부층이고 다른 하나는 상단 경사측면판부 각각에 조합되어 있는 쪽이 좁은 스트립과 접철가능하게 연결된 내부 강화층인 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 측면판이 3층구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  11. 제11항에 있어서, 층의 하나는 외부층이고, 두번째 층은 상단 경사측면판부 각각에 조합되어 있는 쪽이 좁은 스트립과 절첩 가능하게 연결된 내부 강화층이고 세번째 층은 두번째층과 접철가능하게 연결된 내부강화층인 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 잠금탭을 단부판 돌출부에 체결하는 수단은 각각의 잠금탭의 홈 및 잠금탭의 홈을 통해 연장되어 있는 단부판 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  13. 제13항에 있어서, 각각의 돌출부는 하단 내향 테이퍼 모서리에 접해 있는 상대적으로 넓은 부분으로 구성되어 있고, 각 홈의 길이는 돌출부의 상대적으로 넓은 부분보다 좁고, 홈이 홈의 상대적으로 넓은 부분상으로 움직일 수 있게 하는 횡단 슬릿에 의해 경계지어지는 단부를 가진 홈으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 각각의 잠금탭에는 단부판의 내향 페이퍼 모서리와 접하게 될 하나의 단부 모서리부가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  15. 제15항에 있어서, 각각의 잠금탭의 단부 모서리가 노치의 모서리면인 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 잠금탭을 단부판 돌출부에 체결하는 수단은 각각의 돌출부상의 하단 내형 테이퍼 모서리를 포함하며, 각각의 잠금탭은 상기 모서리에 접하게 될 단부 모서리부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  17. 제17항에 있어서, 돌출부의 하단 내향 테이퍼 모서리에 접하게 되는 각각의 잠금탭의 단부 모서리부는 노치된 모서리면인 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 적어도 잠금탭의 일부는, 대향으로 위치된 날개부를 형성하고 상기 잠금탭의 모서리부를 돌출부의 하단 테이퍼 모서리에 접하게 되는 곳으로 움직이게 하는 날개부를 하향으로 접는 접음선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 바닥판에 연결되어 단부판에 접착되는 접착편을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
