Abstract

본 발명은 광섬유 전자통신 네트워크의노드내에 연결하기 위한 광섬유 스플리터 어레이 서브-어셈블리용 브레이크-아웃 수단에 관한 것으로서, 케이블내에 잔존하는 섬유로부터 다중-섬유 케이블(C)의 1개 또는 그 이상의 섬유를 절단함으로써 형성된 섬유 말단부를 분리시키기 위한 브레이크-아웃 트레이(T)는 상기 트레이의 섬유 출구영역에 섬유 말단부를 안내하기 위한 수단(B)과, 절단되지 않은 케이블의 길이를 저장하기 위한 수단(3)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 케이블내에 잔존하는 섬유로부터 다중-섬유 케이블의 1개 또는 그 이상의 섬유를 절단함으로써 형성된 섬유 말단부를 분리시키기 위한 브레이크-아웃 수단에 있어서, 상기 브레이크아웃 수단은 섬유 출구영역에 섬유 말단부를 안내하기 위한 가이드 수단과, 절단되지 않은 케이블의 길이를 저장하기 위한 저장 수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크-아웃수단.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 수단이 다수의 만곡된 가이드 핑거로 구성되며, 상기 섬유 출구부에 섬유 말단부를 안내하기 위한 채널이 쌍으로 인접하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크-아웃 수단.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 수단과 상기 저장 수단이 트레이 형식 부재상에 제공되어 있으며, 상기 섬유 배출 영역은 상기 트레이상에 제공된 섬유 배출구로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크-아웃 수단.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 섬유 말단부의 길이를 저장하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크-아웃 수단.
