Abstract
피브릴이 교착되어 있으며, 피브릴이 섬유직경 0.0035 내지 0.075㎛ 및 X선 회절법으로 측정한 탄소 6면체 네트 플레인의 면간격이 3.36 내지 3.53A인 흑연 피브릴인, 평균 입자 직경 0.1 내지 100㎛의 응집체로 주로 이루어진 흑연 피브릴 물질. 본 물질은 결정화도와 순도가 높고 전도율, 화학적 안정성, 용매 흡수능 및 보강능이 탁월하다.

Claims (1)
- 섬유 직경이 0.0035 내지 0.075㎛이고, 섬유 길이/섬유 직경이 10 이하이며, X선 회절법으로 측정한 탄소 6면체 네트 플레인(net plane)(002)의 면간격(spacing)(d002)이 3.63 내지 3.53A 이며, 회절각(2θ)이 25.2 내지 26.4°이며, 2θ밴드 반-너비가 0.5 내지 3.1°이며, 라만(Raman) 분산 스펙트럼의 1570 내지 1578㎝-1에서 밴드의 피크 높이(Ic)와 1341 내지 1349㎝-1에서 밴드의 피크 높이(Ia)의 비(Ic/Ia)가 1 이상이며, X선 광전자 분광 분석법에 의해 밝혀진 CIS및 OIS의 대적 존재비(CIS/OIS)가 99/1 이상이며, 플라즈마 방출 분석에 의해 측정된 금속 함유량이 0.02% 미만임을 특징으로 하고, 규칙적인 배열의 탄소 원자의 연속성 다중층과 비연속성 중공(hollow) 내부 코어 영역으로 이루어진 외부 영역을 갖고, 층과 코어가 피브릴의 원통형축 부근에 집중적으로 배열되어 있는 흑연 피브릴이 교착되어 있는 평균 입자 직경 0.1 내지 100㎛의 응집체로 주로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 흑연 피브릴 물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
