Abstract

본 발명은 안전 창에 관한 것으로, 적어도 2개의 이격되어 연속해 있는 적층된 유리 패널(11,12)을 포함하는 유리 시이트 유닛으로서 디자인되는데, 각각의 적층된 유리 패널은 적어도 2개의 유리 시이트(15,16,21~23)와 3개의 폴리카보네이트 시이트(17~19,24~26)를 포함하고, 이들 시이트는 적층된 유리 패널(11,12)의 2개의 외부 표면이 유리 시이트(15,16,21,23)로 형성된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 다수의 연속적인 유리와 폴리카보네이트 시이트(15~19,21~26)를 포함하고 유리 시이트 유닛(10)으로 디자인된 안전 창에 있어서, 상기 유리 시이트 유닛(10)은, 접합된 유리 및 폴리카보네이트 시이트(15~19,21~26)들로 이루어지며 각각 적어도 2개의 유리 시이트(15,16,21~23)와 3개의 폴리카보네이트 시이트들(17~19,24,26)로 구성되는 적어도 2개의 이격되어 적층된 유리 패널(11,12)를 포함하는데, 상기 시이트들은 각각의 적층된 유리 패널(11,12)의 2개의 외부 표면이 유리 시이트(15,16,21,23)로 형성되도록 서로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 창.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성체 재료, 바람직하게는 폴리우레탄의 투명층(20)이 적어도 하나의 적층된 유리 패널(11,12)에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 창.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적층된 유리 패널(11,12)의 부분을 형성하는 유리 및 폴리카보네이트 시이트(15~19,21~26)는 에폭시 접착제, 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리비닐 부틸레이트의 결합제 층을 사용하여 그들 전체가 상호 면하는 측면에 대히 서로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 창.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 안전 창이 설치 구조물(27), 고 강도 재료, 바람직하게는 설치 구조물(27)의 외면에 덧 붙여지는 강의 주변 플레임(33,34) 사이에서 고정된 유리 시이트 유닛(10) 및 설치 구조물 내면에 고정된 주변 비틀림 강성 구역(30)으로 구성되는 조립체 유닛에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 창.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 내부 에지에서 주변 플레임 구역(30)에서 유리 시이트 유닛(10)에대한 설치 플랜지를 형성하도록 되어 있는 내향 고정 플랜지(30)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 창.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 플레임 구역(30) 및 플레임(32)은 그들 사이에 유리 시이트 유닛(10)을 고정시키도록 서로 나사식으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 창.
