Abstract

본 발명은 카드분배기에 관한 것으로, 카드분배기가 제1위치와 제2위치에 각각 구비된 2개의 카드섞음부와, 이송부, 제1위치에 놓여진 카드섞음부에서부터 제2위치에 놓여진 카드섞음부로 카드를 운반하는 이송수단, 상기 제1우치에 놓여진 카드섞음부에서부터 상기 이송부로 카드를 운반하기 위한 배출수단, 상기 이송수단을 정상적으로 작용함과 더불어 다른한편으로 알로리듬에 의해 상기 배출수단을 작동하기 위한 제어수단 및 상기 카드섞음부의 하나에 섞어주기 위한 카드를 공급하는 공급수단으로 구성되어져, 딜러에 의해 카드를 섞기위한 시간소모 즉, 카드를 섞는 동안 경기를 중단할 수밖에 없어 상대적으로 게임시간이 카드섞는 시간으로 소모되어 경기의 횟수가 줄어들게 되는 문제를 2개의 카드섞음부 위치를 서로 교환할 수 있도록 된 수단으로 구성된 본 발명의 카드분배기로 해소할 수 있도록 된 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 카드분배기의 부분절개 사시도이고,
제2도는 제1도에 도시된 카드분배기의 커버가 떼어진 상태의 부분절개 사시도이며,
제3도는 카드가 들어있지 않은 상태의 카드분배기의 단면도이고,
제4도는 제3도의 대응도로서 카드가 부분적으로 들어 있는 상태의 카드분배기의 단면도이며,
제5도는 커버가 제거된 상태에서 본 발명에 따른 카드분배기의 부분절개 평면도이고,
제6도는 덮개가 벗겨진 카드분배기의 부분절개 상세도이며,
제7도는 제7도에 도시된 슈(Shoe)의 단면도이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 제1위치와 제2위치에 각각 구비된 2개의 카드섞음부와, 이송부, 제1위치에 놓여진 카드섞음부에서부터 제2위치에 놓여진 카드섞음부로 카드를 운반하는 이송수단, 상기 제1위치에 놓여진 카드섞음부에서부터 상기이송부로 카드를 운반하기 위한 배출수단, 상기 이송수단을 정상적으로 작용함과 더불어 다른한편으로 알로리듬에 의해 상기 배출수단을 작동하기 위한 제어수단 및 상기 카드섞음부의 하나에 섞어주기 위한 카드를 공급하는 공급수단으로 구성된 카드분배기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 카드섞음부의 위치를 교환하기 위한 수단이 구비되어진 것으 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공급수단이 카드를 섞기 위해 카드를 수송하는 공급부와 이 공급부에서부터 제2위치에 놓여진 카드섞음부로 카드를 운반하기 위한 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단이 공급수단의 작동과 동시에 최소한 시간내에 배출수단의 작동을 하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드 분배기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각 카드섞음부가 사각형성내에 배열되고 대체적으로 수직하게 이어진 4개의 벽부에 의해 형성되되, 서로 반대로 형성된 벽부사이의 거리가 최소한 카드의 크기와 같고 각 카드섞음부에서 베이스엘레먼트가 상승전기모터수단과 상기 제어수단의 제어하에 레버변속에 의해 대체적으로 수직방향으로 이동될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단이 카드섞음부내에 존재하는 최상부에 위치된 카드를 예정된 높이에 놓여 지도록 되는 것과 같이 상승전기모터를 제어하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 카드섞음부들이 수직축에 플레토회전되도록 배열되고, 상기 플레토가 상기 제어수단의 제어에 의해 회전전기모터수단으로 회전되도록 구동되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이송수단과 배출수단중 적어도 하나가 제1위치에 위치된 큰지름의 그립룰러와 카드섞임부내에서 최상부로 위치된 카드의 상부측면에 저항을 주는 수단으로 잡아 주도록 회전되어 구동되어지도록 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 이송수단과 배출수단이 이 배출수단이 이송수단과 같이 사용되는 동안 반대방향내에서 구성되어진 것과 같이 동일한 그립룰러로 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급수단이 공급부내의 최하부에 위치된 카드의 하부측면에 마찰을 주는 수단에 의해 잡혀지도록 큰지름의 제22립롤러하부측면에 구성되어 상부위치에서 개구되는 공급부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  11. 제8항과 제9항 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이송수단과 배출수단 및 공급수단이 각각 다른 것위에 놓여진 한쌍의 롤러로 구성되되, 적어도 하나는 구동되어지며 상기 한쌍의 롤러의 조입력과 그립 롤러의 그립라인 및 잡아주기 위한 카드사이의 거리가 상기 그립롤러나 한쌍의 롤러사이에서 쉬케인이 배열된 곳에서 카드의 폭보다 이송방향쪽으로 보다 적에 된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이송수단의 부분을 이루는 한쌍의 상부롤러와 그립롤러가 수평축에 대해 윗쪽으로 기울여진 서브-프레임내에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배출수단이 섞여지는 카드가 카드 묶음에서 제거되는 측면의 반대부위의 이송홀도내에 존재하는 카드의 측면이므로 섞여지는 카드를 공급하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 이송홀더가 압력바디가 상기 이송홀더내에 존재하는 카드묶음에 압력을 가하도록 이동가능한 경로에 대해 배출측면쪽 아래로 경사진 경로로 이루어지되. 배출수단이 상기 압력바디를 일시적으로 경사위로 이동시키고 이 압력바디와 카드묶음사이에서 카드를 놓도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 압력바디에 카드를 안내하고 유도하기 위한 수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단이 카드가 배출수단의 일부를 이루는 룰러쌍의 떠난후 카드를 굽혀주도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드분배기.
