Claims (10)

  1. -아연의 제일층 : 이 제일층 위에
    -5~55%의 알루미늄을 함유하는 아연/알루미늄합금의 제이 다공성층 : 이 제이층위에
    -유기결합체, 특히 수성페인트, 비투멘 니스 또는 에폭시 수지를 함유하는 다공-차단층이라 불리우는 제3다공성층으로 이루어지는 외부 피막을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 매몰 파이프라인용 철기, 특히 주철, 파이프공작 요소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제일층이 다공성임을 특징으로 하는 파이프공작 요소.
  3. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아연층이 최소한 130g/㎡ 특히 최소한 150g/㎡의 양으로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 파이프공작 요소.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 합금층이 최소한 130g/㎡, 특히 최소한 150g/㎡의 양으로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 파이프공작 요소.
  5. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공-차단층이 80~150㎛의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 파이프공작 요소.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 파이프공작요소로 구성되는 매몰 파이프라인.
  7. 다음단계: a)아연의 제일층이 아아크 금속화에 의한 용착. b)5~55%의 알루미늄을 함유하는 아연/알루미늄 합금의 제이층의 아아크 금속화에 의한 용착. c)유기 결합체, 특히 수성페인트, 비투멘 니스 또는 에폭시 수지를 함유하는 다공-차단공이라 불리우는 제3다공성층의 용착으로 이루어지는 부식, 특히 토양부식으로부터 철기, 특히 주철, 파이프공작 요소를 보호하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 아연층이 최소한 130g/㎡, 특히 최소한 200g/㎡의 양으로 용착됨을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 합금층이 최소한 130g/㎡, 특히 최소한 150g/㎡의 양으로 용착됨을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  10. 제7항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제3층이 80~150㎛의 두께로, 분무에 의하여 적층됨을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
