管道系统用的管件,相应的管道系统和管件加涂层的保护方法
本发明涉及以铁基的,特别是铸铁的管件构成的管道系统的防腐。“管件”意思是管子以及各种附件,如弯管、管接头等。
本发明主要适用于埋入地下的管道系统,但是根据情况同样也可以用于架空管道系统的情况。
铁类金属的土壤腐蚀与大气腐蚀性质不同的现象,主要是包括在相隔一定距离的地方建立一些与还原区配合的电氧化区。
因而导致铁类金属局部损坏而且结果严重。
埋入地下管件的防腐因而特别困难,何况土壤各异和性质特别不同,根据其用途,管件在不同温度下输送流体,改变腐蚀条件,长埋地下管件的装卸经常会在不同地方损坏其外表面。
本发明目的是提供一种管件,特别是铁基埋入地下管件的涂层技术,这种管件费用可以接受,无论管道系统用途如何,特别是供水和排水,以及在大多数土壤中。
为此,本发明目的是一种铁基的,特别是铸铁的管件,特别是埋入土壤中的管道系统,特征在于其具有如下外涂层:
——第一锌层;在其上,
——第二多孔锌/铝合金层(含5~55%铝):在这第二层上,

本发明目的还包括:

——铁基的,特别是铸铁的管件防腐(特别是土壤腐蚀)方法,包括以下几步:
a)用电弧喷镀沉积第一锌层。
b)用电弧喷镀沉积含5~55%铝的第二锌/铝合金层;然后
c)沉积第三称之为填隙料的多孔层,包括一种有机粘合剂,特别是一种水基涂料,一种沥青漆或一种环氧树对脂。
现将提供一种用于可延展铸铁供水或排水管件的本发明实施实例。
在此实例中,上边确定的涂层分三步涂在通过热处理炉后有氧化铁外皮的铸铁上。
第一步中,用电弧喷镀沉积第一锌层。
然后,用电弧喷镀在第一层上沉积由锌/铝合金组成的第二层。
最后,通过喷镀沉积称之为填隙料的最后一层。包括一种有机粘合剂,特别是一种水基涂料、一种沥青漆或一种环氧树对脂。这种喷镀特别可以用一个气刷进行,在无空气或压缩空气下操作。
这种涂层主要以下列方式起作用。
锌层相对于铸铁来讲,称之为“牺牲品”;实际上,锌层在铸铁、锌和土壤生成的电化学电池的作用下逐渐氧化消耗,为了保护下面或处于无遮盖状态的铸铁达到与涂层的缺陷或伤痕程度相同,通过生成腐蚀产物保护层(在产生沉淀的介质中生成稳定的沉淀)。
腐蚀产物堵住并使所述的伤痕愈合,但是如果锌万一耗尽,在没有更新时,这个层逐渐损坏,铸铁不再受保护。然而,导致锌耗尽的主要因素是消耗这种金属的锌的自腐蚀。
第二锌/铝合金层保护锌层不出现这种现象,同时其本身也是自腐蚀部位。
第一锌层和第二锌层/铝层之间的相互作用的目的在于稳定各金属层形成长期的保护层。
由于电弧喷镀沉积,合金层由固化的小滴组成因而是多孔的。这些孔由于锌腐蚀生成沉淀的出现而部份堵塞,土壤电解质向仍处于合金层中的纯锌层的进展受到抑制。另外,合金层的孔度有利于填隙料层的良好附着。
对此应指出的是第一锌层腐蚀产物迁移到第二合金层中使第二层堵塞,因而减少土壤活性物质向铸铁扩散。结果,由各涂层控制转变所形成的保护层提供了稳定性,比较本发明涂层锌/合金金属组份中的/一种或另一种出发得到的转变层具有更好的长期稳定性。
锌层的多孔特性也是有利的,因为它提高了锌的活性表面和电镀保护功效,另外好有利于合金层良好的挂料。
锌层和锌/铝合金层因而主要拥有补充的作用,并且证实其叠层重量分别最好至少200克/米2和150克/米2有效地保护铸铁防土壤腐蚀。
填隙料层主要能延缓锌的自腐蚀,结果有利于构成一个锌腐蚀产物的密实层,以保持其保护作用。填隙料的厚度应足以保证对锌自腐蚀有放抑制,但是足够薄以使电镀保护功能良好,而且构成腐蚀产物。
另外,填料特厚会导致在其下面出现蓄水处并生成气泡。
因此确定填隙料的厚度应当介于80~150微米。

Claims (15)

1.特别是埋入土壤中的管道用的铁基的,特别是铸铁的管件,特征在于其包括下列几层外涂层:
-第一锌层;在这第一层上,
-第二锌/铝合金多孔层(含5~55%铝);和在这第二层上,
-第三称之为填隙料的多孔层,包括一种有机粘合剂,特别是一种水基涂料,一种沥青漆或一种环氧树脂。
2.根据权利要求1的管件,特征在于第一层是多孔的。
3.根据权利要求1的管件,特征在于锌层规定重量至少130克/米2
4.根据权利要求3的管件,特征在于锌层规定重量至少200克/米2
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项的管件,特征在于合金层预计重量至少130克/米2
6.根据权利要求5的管件,特征在于合金层预计重量至少150克/米2
7.根据权利要求1的管件,特征在于填隙料层厚度介于80~150微米之间。
8.埋在土中的管道系统,特征在于包括按权利要求1~7中任何一项的管件。
9.铁基的,特别是铸铁的管件的防腐蚀,特别是防土壤腐蚀的方法,特征在于包括以下几步:
a)特别是用电弧喷镀沉积第一锌层,然后
b)用电弧喷镀沉积含5~55%铝的第二层锌/铝合金;然后
c)沉积称之为填隙料的第三多孔层,包括一种有机粘合剂,特别是一种水基涂料、一种沥青漆或一种环氧树脂。
10.根据权利要求9的方法,特征在于沉积锌层的重量至少为130克/米2
11.根据权利要求10的方法,特征在于沉积锌层的重量至少200克/米2
12.根据权利要求9或10的方法,特征在于沉积合金层重量至少为130克/米2
13.根据权利要求12的方法,特征在于沉积合金层重量至少为150克/米2
14.根据权利要求9或10的方法,特征在于用喷镀沉积第三层,特别是厚度介于80~150微米的第三层。
