Abstract

본 발명은 용기두부(4)와 폐쇄캡(5)이 달려있는 임의의 용기용 회전식 고정마개에 관한 것이다. 용기두부(4)에는 그 상단부에 주변용기부로서 형성된 패킹 립(6)이 제공되어 있다. 그 아래에는 여러줄의 급경사나선부(1)가 있다. 이러한 급경사나선부의 각 나선과 용기숄더 사이에는 하나의 크로스피스(2)가 배치되어 있다. 폐쇄캡(5)에는 용기가 폐쇄된 상태에서는 용기가 저절로 열리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 용기부(4)의 크로스피스(2)와 결합되어 하나의 압착고정작용을 하는데 적당한 내측나선부가 제공되어 있다. 폐쇄된 상태에서는 폐쇄캡(5)의 나선부 나선중 제1부분이 용기두부(4)의 크로스피스(2)와 맞물리게 되며, 이는 폐쇄캡을 손으로 들릴 때, 분명한 압력중심에 의하여 감지할 수 있다. 폐쇄캡을 열고 닫으려면, 이를 반바퀴만 돌리면 된다. 폐쇄캡의 내부중 원통형부분은 용기두부(4)의 주변용기부(6)와 함께 충전물이 유출되지 아니하도록 저지하는 일종의 가동패킹을 형성하기 때문에, 폐쇄캡을 근소하게(에를 들면, 압력중심까지만) 죄어붙이더라도, 용기의 밀폐성이 보장된다. 그외에도, 압력중심에 달한 후, 폐쇄캡(5)이 자동개방되는 것도 확실하게 배제된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 어떠한 용기에도 사용할 수 있고, 하나의 폐쇄캡(5)과 용기두부(4)로 구성되어 있으며, 용기두부에 크로스피스(2)가 제공되어 있는 '프락탈마개'라고도 하는 회전식 고정마개로서, 1) 용기두부(4)의 하부에, 여러줄의 나선의 나선분절들로 구성된 급경사나선부(1)가 30°이하의 경사로 배치되어 있고, 2) 용기두부(4)의 나선분절(1)에는 거의 중간에 유사한 횡단면의 수직크로스피스(2)들이 제공되어 있고, 3) 용기두부(4)의 상부에는 주변용기부로서 형성된 패킹 립(6)이 제공되어 있고, 4) 폐쇄캡(5)의 급경사나선부(3)가 용기두부(4)의 급경사나선부(1)와 동일한 방식으로 형성 및 배치되어 있고, 나선분절(3)의 위쪽에는 패킹 립(6)을 수용하기 위한 원통형부분(7)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 고정마개.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용기두부(4)와 폐쇄캡(5)의 급경사나선부(1,3)에는 특히, 서로 평행으로 뻗어 있는 3개의 나선분절들이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 고정마개.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 급경사나선부(1,3)에 약 15°의 경사가 제공되어 있고, 이에 의하여 용기의 마개를 반바퀴만 돌려도, 용기를 열고 닫을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 고정마개.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 패킹 립(6)으로서의 역할을 수행하는 용기두부(4)의 주변용기부가, 폐쇄캡(5)의 원통형부분(7)내로 패킹 립(6)이 들어갈 때 생기는 가벼운 제1차압력중심을 초과하는대로 폐쇄캡(5)이 죄어질 때, 폐쇄캡(5)의 원통형부분(7)과 맞물려 하나의 패킹이 되도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 고정마개.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수직크로스피스(2)가 용기두부(4)에 경사(8)가 지게 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 고장마개.
