Abstract

클립타입 운반구는 음료용 캔 또는 다른 플랜지가 있는 물품을 운반하기에 특히 적당하다. 운반구는 캔의 돌출한 가장자리를 수용하기 위해서 절첩된 쐐기형태 내부 지지부위와 아래로 절첩된 외부지지부위에서 슬롯을 가지고 있는 패널로 이루어져 있다. 외부지지부위에 연결된 보강플랩은 외부지지부위의 아래쪽에 절첩되어서 플랩의 연속되지 않는 에지는 물품에 인접하여 접촉하고 있다.
보강스트립은 운반구의 내부지지부위 위에 놓여지도록 사용될 수도 있다.

제2도는 제1도의 2-2선으로 취해진 운반구 패키지의 횡단면도.
제3는 제1도의 운반구의 지지패널을 제조하기 위한 반제품의 평면도;
제4도는 제2도의 원(4) 내의 구조의 확대 힁단면도.
제5도는 제4도에서 보다 인접한 캔의 다른 부분을 접촉하고 있는 보강 플랩의 끝을 도시하고 있는 것 외에는 제4도와 유사한 확대 횡단면. 및
제6도는 변형된 운반구의 사시도.

Claims (13)

  1. 외부로 돌출한 립을 포함하는 상부 부분을 각각 가지고 있는 인접한 물품열을 담고 있는 운반구에 있어서, 패널의 길이방향으로 뻗어있는 이격되고 평행한 2개의 내부절첩선과 내부절첩선으로 부터 외부로 이격되고 평행한 2개의 외부절첩선을 포함하고 있으며, 외부절첩선을 따라 지지패널에 연결된 아래쪽으로 뻗어있는 외부지지부위와 내부절첩선을 따라 지지패널에 연결된 아래쪽으로 뻗어있는 내부지지부위를 포함하고 있고 내부지지부위는 서로를 향하여 수렴하고 있고 중앙의 절첩선을 따라 서로에 연결되어 있는 지지패널; 물품의 돌출한 립의 일부가 튀어나오는 슬롯에 의해서 차단된 각각의 내부 및 외부절첩선; 물품립의 튀어나온 부분의 아래쪽과 맞물리는 하부면을 가지고 있어서 물품을 지지하는 슬롯; 및 절첩선을 따라 각각 외부지지부위에 연결되어 있으며, 결합된 외부지지부위 아래에서 절첩되어 있고 일부분이 인접한 물품과 접촉한 상태로 연속되지 않은 에지를 가지고 있는 보강플랩으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 보강플랩의 연속되지 않은 에지의 일부는 인접한 물품의 립과 접촉상태로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 내부 및 외부지지부위는 중앙의 절첩선과 보강플랩절첩선 각각에 응력을 배분하기 위해서 물품에 대향하는 새김선을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 보강플랩은 인접한 외부지지부위에서 새김선과 정렬되어 있고 보강플랩절첩선으로 응력을 배분하기 위한 새김선을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 보강 플랩은 인접한 외부지지부위에서 각진 새김선과 정렬된 각진 슬릿을 포항하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 지지패널에 부착되어 있고 내부절첩선의 양끝을 연결하고 있는 보강스트립을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 패키지에서 물품은 캔이고 물품의 외부로 뻗어 있는 플랜지는 캔의 돌출한 가장자리이고 지지패널은 캔의 상부면 위에 직접 놓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 내부지지부위는 운반구를 들어올릴 때 사용하기 위해서 이격된 핑거구멍을 포함하며, 중앙절첩선은 핑거구멍을 양분하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 지지패널에 부착되어 있고 내부절첩선의 양끝을 연결하고 있는 보강스트립을 포함하고 있으며, 보강스트립은 내부지지부위에서 핑거구멍과 정렬되어 있는 이격된 핑거구멍을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구.
  10. 상부부분상에 외부로 돌출한 립을 가지고 있는 인접한 물품열을 지지하도록 된 클립타입 운반구를 형성하기 위한 반제품에 있어서, 시트의 길이방향으로 뻗어 있는 이격된 평행한 2개의 내부절첩선과 내부절첩선으로 부터 외부로 이격되고 평행한 2개의 외부절첩선을 포함하고 있으며 외부절첩선을 따라 시트에 연결된 외부지지부위와 내부절첩선을 따라 시트에 연결된 내부지지부위를 포함하고 있고 내부지지부위는 중앙의 절첩선을 따라 서로 연결되어 있는 일반적으로 직사각형 시트; 운반되는 물품의 돌출한 립의 적어도 일부를 수용하기 위해서 지지부위에서 슬롯을 형성하기 위해서 이격된 슬릿에 의해서 차단되어 있는 각각의 내부 및 외부절첩선; 물품의 외부로 돌출한 립의 아래쪽과 맞물리도록 되어 있는 연결절첩선에 대하여 아래로 외부지지부위를 절첩함으로써 형성된 외부지지부위의 에지; 및 절첩선을 따라 각각의 외부지지부위에 연결되어 있으며, 결합된 외부지지부위의 아래로 절첩되어 인접한 물품과 접촉하도록 되어 있고, 적어도 일부분이 운반구에서 인접한 물품과 접촉한 상태로 연속되지 않은 에지를 가지고 있는 보강플랩으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 내부 및 외부지지부위는 중앙의 절첩선과 보강플랩절첩선 각각에 응력을 배분하기 위해서 이격된 슬릿에 대향하는 새김선을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구 반제품.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 보강플랩은 인접한 외부지지부위에서 새김선과 정렬되어지도록 배열되어 있고 보강플랩절첩선으로 응력을 배분하기 위한 새김선을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구 반제품.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 내부지지부위는 운반구를 들어올릴 때 사용하기 위해서 이격된 핑거구멍을 포함하며, 중앙절첩선은 핑거구멍을 양분하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반구 반제품.
