Abstract

원재료로서 철 및/또는 철함유 화합물, 시멘트질 물질, 물, 블리딩을 촉진시키는 혼화제 함유물을 사용하고, 원재료에 함유시키는 물의 2.0중량% 이상을 블리딩시키면서 고화시켜서, 흡수율 10% 이상이 되는 세공을 형성한 탈인재 및 이 탈인재를 인함유 수용액과 접촉시키는 탈인방법.
상기 탈인재는 표면에 인성분을 고정시킴으로써, 하수, 하천등에서 유효하게 인농도를 저하시킬 수 있다. 상기 탈인방법에서는 단순히 탈인재를 인함유 수용액에 접촉시키는 것만으로 실시할 수 있는 극히 간편한 방법이며, 특별한 관리도 필요로 하지 않아서 유효하게 인성분을 제거할 수 있다.

제1도는 실시예 1에서 조제된 탈인재(脫璘材)를 사용하여 측정한 탈인재에 호소(湖沼)의 인함유 수용액을 통수(通水)시킨 전후의 인농도를 경시적으로 예시하는 그래프이다.
제2도는 실시예 2에서 조제된 탈인재를 사용하여 측정한 탈인재에 하수를 접촉시킨 전후의 인농도를 경시적으로 예시하는 그래프이다.
제3도는 실시예 3에서 조제된 탈인재를 사용하여 측정한 탈인재에 호소의 인함유 수용액을 통수시킨 전후의 인농도를 경시적으로 예시하는 그래프이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 철 및/또는 철함유 화합물, 시멘트질 물질, 물, 및 블리딩을 촉진시키는 혼화제 함유하는 원재료를, 이 원재료에 함유시키는 물의 2.0중량% 이상을 블리딩시키면서 고화시켜서, 흡수율 10% 이상이 되는 세공을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 탈인재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철 및/또는 철함유 화합물의 윈재료 중에서의 배합량이, 얻어지는 탈인재 전량에 대하여 1∼80중량%가 되는 양이며, 상기 시멘트질 물질의 원재료중에서의 배합량이, 얻어지는 탈인재 전량에 대하여 5∼50중량%가 되는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈인재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물의 원재료중에서의 배합비율이 원재료중의 시멘트질 물질 100중량부에 대하여30∼300중량부이며, 상기 혼화제의 원재료중에서의 배합비율이 원재료중의 시멘트질 물질 100중량부에 대하여 0.5∼10중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈인재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원재료가 팽창제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈인재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원재료가 골재, 칼슘염화합물, 할로겐화물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 첨가물을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈인재.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블리딩시키면서 고화시키는 방법을 최대가속도 20∼60G에서 원심성형하는 방법, 가압 블리딩 성형하는 방법 및 진동 응고 성형하는 방법으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 첨가물을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈인재.
  7. 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 탈인재를 인함유 수용액과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈인방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접촉을 인함유 수용액중에 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 탈인재를 침지시켜서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈인방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접촉을, 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 탈인재를 파쇄하여 컬럼에 충전하고, 이 컬럼내에 인함유 수용액을 유통시켜서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈인방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접촉을, 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 탈인재를 관형상으로 성형하고, 이 관내에 인함유 수용액을 유통시켜서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈인방법.
