Abstract

전기 리드 스로우의 면에서 이러한 측정 변환기의 제조를 간단히 하기 위해 보어(31)가 종축(32)에 대해 평행하게 뻗고, 다른 하우징 섹션(3)을 향한 그것의 단부에 확대부(33)를 가지며, 다른 하우징 섹션(3)으로부터 떨어진 그것의 단부에서 외부로 뻗은 횡방향 보어(44)내로 이어진다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 압력차 측정 변환기 실시예의 종단면도이며,
제2도는 제1도에 따른 압력차 측정 변환기의 내부 하우징의 분해 사시도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 그것의 종축에 대해 횡으로 2개의 분할된 내부 하우징을 포함하며, 상기 내부 하우징의 하우징 섹션 사이에는 압력 센서를 지지하는 중앙 다이어프램이 고정되고, 한 하우징 섹션은 한 보어내에 전기 리드 스로우를 포함하며, 상기 전기 리드 스로우의 외부 쇼울더는 보어의 확대부에 놓이도록 구성된, 압력차 측정 변환기에 있어서 보어(31)가 종축(32)에 대해 평행하게 뻗고, 다른 하우징 섹션(3)을 향한 그것의 단부에 확대부(33)를 가지며, 다른 하우징(3)으로부터 떨어진 그것의 단부에서 외부로 뻗은 횡방향 보어(44)내로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력차 측정 변환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 리드 스로우(12)는 그것의 외부 쇼울더(34)의 영역에서 한 하우징 섹션(2)에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력차 측정 변환기.
  3. 제1항 내지 2항에 있어서, 압력센서(6)와 전기 리드 스로우(12)사이에 스트립형 도체박막(12)이 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력차 측정 변환기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 스트립형 도체박막(11)이 압력센서(6) 옆에서 직각으로 구부러짐에 의해 중앙 다이어프램(7)에 인접하게 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력차 측정 변환기.
  5. 제3항 내지 4항에 있어서, 스트립형 도체박막(11)은 전기 리드 스로우(12)의 영역에서 루프(41)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력차 측정 변환기.
