염증을 야기시키지 않고, 살아있는 기관에서 장시간 동안 조직 대체물로서 작용할 수 있고, 유연성과 탄성이 있으며, 우수한 생체 친화성과 조영을 가지며, 조영 라인을 필요로 하지 않는, 입자 크기가 2㎛ 또는 그 이하인 초미세 히드록시아파타이트 분말, 및 폴리머 또는 올리고머의 혼합물로 이루어진 생체 이식재, 및 그 제조방법.

생체 이식재 및 그 제조방법(IMPLANTATION MATERIAL AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME)

제1 및 제2도는 실시예 1의 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다,
제1도는 히드록시아파타이트(HA)의 첨가량에 따른 실리콘 고무의 인장 강도 및 전단 강도의 변화를 도시하며,
제2도는 샘플 주위에 형성된 섬유상 필름의 두께 변화를 도시한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 입자 크기가 2㎛ 또는 그 이하인 초미세 히드록시아파타이트 분말 및 폴리머 또는 올리고머의 혼합물로 이루어진 생체 이식재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 초미세 히드록시아파타이트 분말을 전체 재료에 기초하여, 5-30중량%의 비교적 적은 양으로 폴리머 또는 올리고머로 혼합하는 것이 특징인 생체 이식재.
  3. 습식 합성에 의해 얻어진 히드록시아파타이트를 건조시키거나 열처리하여 그의 초미세 분말을 형성하고, 이어서 폴리머 또는 올리고머와 혼합하는 것으로 이루어진 생체 이식재의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 건조를 200℃ 또는 그 이하의 온도에서 수행하는 것이 특징인 생체 이식재의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 열처리전에 히드록시아파타이트의 입자 크기가 5㎛ 또는 그 이하이고 열처리 온도가 400℃ 또는 그 이하인 것이 특징인 생체 이식재의 제조방법.
