Abstract
염증을 야기시키지 않고, 살아있는 기관에서 장시간 동안 조직 대체물로서 작용할 수 있고, 유연성과 탄성이 있으며, 우수한 생체 친화성과 조영을 가지며, 조영 라인을 필요로 하지 않는, 입자 크기가 2㎛ 또는 그 이하인 초미세 히드록시아파타이트 분말, 및 폴리머 또는 올리고머의 혼합물로 이루어진 생체 이식재, 및 그 제조방법.

제1 및 제2도는 실시예 1의 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다,
제1도는 히드록시아파타이트(HA)의 첨가량에 따른 실리콘 고무의 인장 강도 및 전단 강도의 변화를 도시하며,
제2도는 샘플 주위에 형성된 섬유상 필름의 두께 변화를 도시한다.
Claims (5)
- 입자 크기가 2㎛ 또는 그 이하인 초미세 히드록시아파타이트 분말 및 폴리머 또는 올리고머의 혼합물로 이루어진 생체 이식재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초미세 히드록시아파타이트 분말을 전체 재료에 기초하여, 5-30중량%의 비교적 적은 양으로 폴리머 또는 올리고머로 혼합하는 것이 특징인 생체 이식재.
- 습식 합성에 의해 얻어진 히드록시아파타이트를 건조시키거나 열처리하여 그의 초미세 분말을 형성하고, 이어서 폴리머 또는 올리고머와 혼합하는 것으로 이루어진 생체 이식재의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 건조를 200℃ 또는 그 이하의 온도에서 수행하는 것이 특징인 생체 이식재의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 열처리전에 히드록시아파타이트의 입자 크기가 5㎛ 또는 그 이하이고 열처리 온도가 400℃ 또는 그 이하인 것이 특징인 생체 이식재의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
