Abstract

본 발명은 충전물질을 포함하는 이소시아네이트계 발포 중합체에 관한 것으로서, 상기 충전물질은 중합체의 30 중량% 이상으로 존재하고, 비중은 2.0 미만이되, 단 충전물질은 멜라민이 아니어야 한다. 또한 본 발명은 이소시아네이트계 발포 중합체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이 방법은, 물, 촉매와, 물 및 촉매에 의해 표면이 습윤화되는 거의 불활성 충전물질로 구성된 제1혼합물을 제공하는 단계; 이소시아네이트와 활성 수소-포함 화합물을 포함하는 제2혼합물을 제공하는 단계로서; 상기 이소시아네이트와 활성 수소-포함 화합물이 거의 비반응된 상태인 단계; 제1혼합물과 제2혼합물을 혼합하므로써 반응 혼합물을 제공하는 단계; 반응혼합물을 팽창시키므로써 이소시아네이트계 발포 중합체를 제조하는 단계로 구성된다.

Claims (25)

  1. 물, 촉매와, 물 및 촉매를 위한 담체로서 작용하는 충전물질로 구성된 제1혼합물을 제공하는 단계; 이소시아네이트와 활성 수소-포함 화합물을 포함하는 제2혼합물을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 이소시아네이트와 활성 수소-포함 화합물이 거의 비반응된 상태인 단계; 제1혼합물과 제2혼합물을 혼합하므로써 반응 혼합물을 제공하는 단계; 반응혼합물을 반응시키므로써 이소시아네이트계 발포 중합체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 이소시아네이트계 발포 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 활성 수소-포함 화합물이 폴리올, 폴리아민, 폴리아미드, 폴리이민 및 폴리올아민으로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 활성 수소-포함 화합물이 폴리올인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리디엔 및 폴리카프롤락톤으로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 히드록실-말단 골조의 성분인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리올이 아디프산-에틸렌 글리콜 폴리에스테르, 폴리(부틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜) 및 히드록시-말단 폴리부타디엔으로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리에테르 폴리올인 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 분자량이 약 200 내지 약 10,000인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 활성 수소-포함 화합물이 폴리아민 또는 폴리알칼올아민인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리아민이 1급 및 2급 아민-말단 폴리에테르로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트가 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 방법:

  13. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트가 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 1,4-부틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 퍼푸릴리덴 디이소시아네이트, 2,4-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 2,6-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 2,4´-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 4,4´-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 4,4´-디페닐프로판 디이소시아네이트, 4,4´-디페닐-3,3´-디메틸 메탄 디이소시아네이트, 1,5-나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트, 1-메틸-2,4-디이소시아네이트-5-클로로벤젠, 2,4-디이소시아나토-s-트리아진, 1-메틸-2,4-디이소시아나토 시클로헥산, p-페닐렌 디이소시아네이트, m-페닐렌 디이소시아네이트, 1,4-나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트, 디아니시딘 디이소시아네이트, 비톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 1,4-크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 1,3-크실렌 디이소시아네이트, 비스-(4-이소시아나토페닐)메탄, 비스-(3-메틸-4-이소시아나토페닐)메탄, 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트가 2,4-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 2,6-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트가 (ⅰ) 2,4´-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 4,4´-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물; 및 (ⅱ) 2,4-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 2,6-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 이소시아네이트, 2,6-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 이소시아네이트와 상기 (ⅰ)의 혼합물로 주구성된 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
  16. 충전물질을 포함하는 이소시아네이트계 발포 중합체로서, 이 충전물질은 중합체의 약 30중량% 이상으로 존재하고, 비중은 약 2.0 미만이되, 단 충전물질이 멜라민이 아닌 중합체.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 충전물질이 분쇄된 중합체로부터 유도된 중합체.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 분쇄된 중합체가 충전된 중합체.
  19. 제14항에 있어서, 분쇄된 중합체가 비-충전된 중합체.
  20. 제14항에 있어서, 충전물질이 분쇄된 시트 성형 화합물인 중합체.
  21. 제14항에 있어서, 충전물질이 분쇄된 반응 사출성형된 중합체인 중합체.
