Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 下記の工程を含むイソシアネートベースの発泡ポリマーの製造方法: 水、触媒、並びに該水及び触媒のキャリヤーとして作用する充填剤よりなる第 1混合物を準備する; イソシアネート及び活性水素含有化合物よりなり、該イソシアネートと該活性 水素含有化合物とは実質的に未反応の状態にある第2混合物を準備する; 第1混合物と第2混合物を混合して反応混合物を準備する; 反応混合物を膨張させてイソシアネートベースの発泡ポリマーを生じさせる。 2. 活性水素含有化合物が、ポリオール、ポリアミン、ポリアミド、ポリイ ミンおよびポオリオールアミンよりなる群から選ばれる請求項1に記載の製造方 法。 3. 活性水素含有化合物がポリオールである請求項1に記載の製造方法。 4. ポリオールが、ポリエーテル、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリ ジエン及びポリカプロラクトンよりなる群から選ばれる末端水酸基骨格を有する ものである請求項3に記載の製造方法。 5. ポリオールが、アジピン酸−エチレングリコール ポリエステル,ポリ (ブチレングリコール),ポリ(プロピレングリコール)及び末端ヒドロキシル 基ポリブタジエンよりなる群から選ばれるものである請求項3に記載の製造方法 。 6. ポリオールがポリエーテルポリオールである請求項3に記載の製造方法 。 7. ポリエーテルポリオールが、約200から約10,000の分子量を有 するものである請求項1に記載の製造方法。 8. 活性水素含有化合物がポリアミン又はポリアルカノールアミンである請 求項1に記載の製造方法。 9. ポリアミンが、第1級又は第2級のアミン末端基ポリエーテルである請 求項1に記載の製造方法。 10. イソシアネートが一般式: Q(NCO)i ここでiは2又はそれ以上の整数、Qはi価の有機ラジカルである請求項1に 記載の製造方法。 11. イソシアネートが、1,6−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、1,4 −ブチレンジイソシアネート、フルフリリデンジイソシアネート、2,4−トル エンジイソシアネート、2,6−トルエンジイソシアネート、2,4’−ジフェ ニルメタンジイソシアネート、4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、 4,4’−ジフェニルプロパンジイソシアネート、4,4’−ジフェニル−3, 3’−ジメチルメタンジイソシアネート、1,5−ナフタレンジイソシアネート 、1−メチル−2,4−ジイソシアネート−5−クロロベンゼン、2,4−ジイ ソシアナト−s−トリアジン、1−メチル−2,4−ジイソシアナトシクロヘキ サン、p−フェニレンジイソシアネート、m−フェニレンジイソシアネート、1 ,4−ナフタレンジイソシアネート、ジアニシジンジイソシアネート、ビトリレ ンジイソシアネート、1,4−キシレンジイソシアネート、1,3−キシレンジ イソシアネート、ビス−(4−イソシアナトフェニル)メタン、ビス−(3−メ チル−4−イソシアナトフェニル)メタン、ポリメチレンポリフェニルポリイソ シアネートおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれたものである請求項1に 記載の製造方法。 12. イソシアネートが、2,4−トルエンジイソシアネート、2,6−トル エンジイソシアネート及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれたものである請 求項1に記載の製造方法。 13. イソシアネートが、本質的に(i)2,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソ シアネート、4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート及びこれらの混合物 ;及び(ii)2,4−トルエンジイソシアネ ート、2,6−トルエンジイソシアネート及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選 ばれたものと(i)との混合物からなる群から選ばれたものである請求項1に記 載の製造方法。 14. 充填剤がポリマーに対して30重量%以上の水準で含有され、比重約2 .0未満で、かつ充填剤がメラミンではないイソシアネートベースの発泡ポリマ ー。 15. 充填剤が粉砕ポリマーに由来するものである請求項14に記載のポリマ ー。 16. 粉砕ポリマーが充填剤を含むものである請求項14に記載のポリマー。 17. 粉砕ポリマーが充填剤を含まないものである請求項14に記載のポリマ ー。 18. 充填剤が粉砕されたシート状の成形コンパウンドである請求項14に記 載のポリマー。 19. 充填剤が粉砕された反応射出成形エラストマーである請求項14に記載 のポリマー。 20. 充填剤が再粉砕された全タイヤ又はタイヤの一部である請求項14に記 載のポリマー。 21. 充填剤が粉砕されたイソシアネートベースの発泡ポリマーである請求項 14に記載のポリマー。 22. 充填剤が再粉砕された反応射出成形強化エラストマーである請求項14 に記載のポリマー。
