Abstract
본 발명은 직물 시이트; 상기 직물 시이트 위헤 피복된 경화성 액체수지; 및 상기 수지중에 분산된 미세섬유 충전제를 포함하는 물품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 주조용 물질내로 미세섬유 충전제를 삽입시키므로써 경화된 주조용 물질, 특히 내부에 사용된 직물이 비유리 섬유 직물인 경우, 그 강도가 상당히 증가되나, 비경화된 주조용 테이프 또는 붕대의 취급 특성은 손상되지 않는다. 본 발명에 유용한 미세섬유 충전제는 일반적으로 종횡비가 5:1 이상인 단섬유인 것을 특징으로 한다. 상이한 종횡비를 갖는 미세섬유 혼합물은 본 발명의 주조용 테이프에 사용 될 수 있다. 바람직한 미세섬유 충전제 또는 혼합물은 5:1 내지 200:1, 더욱 바람직하게는 5:1 내지 50:1, 가장 바람직하게는 10:1 내지 30:1의 종횡비를 갖는다.

Claims (20)
- 직물 시이트; 상기 직물 시이트위에 피복된 경화성 액체수지; 및 상기 경화성 액체수지와 결합되어 있으며, 종횡비가 5:1 이상인 미세섬유 충전제를 포함하는 물품.
- 경화성 액체수지 및 종횡비가 5:1 이상인 미세섬유 충전제로 직물 시이트를 피복하는 단계를 포함하는, 정형성 주조용 붕대를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 직물 시이트는 유리 섬유를 포함하는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 직물 시이트는 유기 섬유를 포함하는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 액체수지는 이소시아네이트-작용성 예비 중합체를 포함하는 수-경화성 수지인 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 액체수지는 수-반응성 액체 유기금속 화합물 및 유기 중합체를 포함하는 수-경화성 수지인 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유는 5:1 내지 200:1의 종횡비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유 충전제는 10:1 내지 30:1의 종횡비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유 충전제는 약 1 내지 60㎛의 평균 직경 및 약 25 내지 1000㎛의 평균 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유 충전제는 약 1 내지 40㎛의 평균 직경 및 약 30 내지 1000㎛의 평균 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유 충전제는 약 1 내지 30㎛의 평균 직경 및 약 30 내지 500㎛의 평균 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유 충전제는 탄소/흑연섬유, 아라미드섬유, 붕소섬유, 티탄화칼륨섬유, 황산칼슘섬유, 석면, 및 칼슘 메타실리케이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유 충전제는 황산칼슘섬유, 및 칼슘 메타실리케이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유 충전제는 직물 중량을 제외한 수지 및 미세섬유 충전제의 중량을 기준으로 약 3 내지 약 25%의 분량으로 상기 수지중에 존재하는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유 충전제는 직물 중량을 제외한 수지 및 미세섬유 충전제의 중량을 기준으로 약 7 내지 약 25%의 분량으로 상기 수지중에 존재하는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유 충전제 및 상기 수지는 상기 직물에 도포되기 전에는 현탁액의 형태이며, 상기 현탁액은 약 5 내지 100Pa s의 점도를 갖는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유 충전제 및 상기 수지는 상기 직물에 도포되기 전에는 현탁액의 형태이며, 상기 현탁액은 약 10 내지 70Pa s의 점도를 갖는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 직물 시이트는 유기 섬유이며, 상기 미세섬유 충전제는 황산칼슘섬유, 및 칼슘 메타실리케이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 미세섬유는 5:1 내지 50:1의 종횡비를 가지며 직물 중량을 뺀 수지 미세섬유 충전제의 중량을 기준으로 약 25%의 분량으로 상기 수지중에 존재하는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 및 미세섬유 충전제가 상기 직물위에 동시에 피복되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항의 주조용 물질을 물과 접촉시켜 상기 수지의 경화를 개시하는 단계, 및 상기 주조용 물질을 환자에게 적용시키는 단계를 포함하여 정형성 주조용 물질을 적용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
