Abstract

본 발명은 최소 한개의 가지(10,12)와 끝이 가지(10,12)에 경첩으로 연결된 최소 한개의 암(4), 걸쇠가 잠긴 상태에서 암(4)의 측면(44,46)과 마주보는 측면(36,38)이 있는 가지(10,12), 그리고 걸쇠를 잠긴 상태로 유지시켜주는 정지장치(jamming means)에 관한 것으로, 정지장치는 최소 한개의 탄성변형가능한 부품(56,58)으로 구성되는데, 이것은 걸쇠가 닫힌 상태에서는 한쪽은 가지(10,12)의 측면(36,38)에 있는 긴축에 의해서 그리고 다른 쪽은 암(4)의 측면(44,46)에 있는 긴홈(48,50)에 의해서 형성된 하우징(52,54)내로 연장되는 것이 특징이다.

Description

펴진 버클형 팔찌 걸쇠(UNFOLDING BUCKLE-TYPE CLASP FOR A BRACELET)

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 제1걸쇠의 투시도로써 걸쇠가 열려있는 상태이다.
제2도는 제1도의 걸쇠를 위에서 본 것으로써 걸쇠가 닫혀진 상태이다.
제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선을 따라 자른 횡단면도이다.
제4도는 제1도의 걸쇠의 한 변형을 부분적으로 생략한 측면도로써, 걸쇠가 열려진 상태이다.
제5도는 제4도의 걸쇠의 일부를 드러내고 위에서 본 것으로 걸쇠가 닫혀진 상태이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 최소 한개의 가지(10,12)와 한쪽끝이 가지의 한쪽끝에 경첩으로 연결된 최소 한개의 암(4), 걸쇠가 잠긴 상태에서 암(4)의 측면(44,46)과 마주보게 배열된 측면(36,38)이 있는 가지(10,12), 그리고 걸쇠를 잠긴 상태로 유지시키는 유지장치로 구성된 팔찌용의 펴진 버클형 걸쇠에 있어서, 잠긴 상태일때 한쪽은 가지(10,12)의 측면(36,38)에 있는 세로홈(40,42)에 의해서 그리고 다른 쪽은 암(4)의 측면(44,46)에 있는 세로홈(48,50)에 의해서 형성된 하우징(52,54)내로 뻗는 탄성변형가능한 부품이 최소 한개 이상 있는 유지장치가 특징인 걸쇠.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고정장치(60,62,64,66)에 의해 제1측면(44,46)에 형성된 제1홈(48,50)에 끼워진 탄성반형 가능한 부품(56,58)이 특징인 걸쇠.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 코일스프링으로 구성된 탄성변형가능 부품이 특징인 걸쇠.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 스프링(56,58)의 종축(L)이 제1홈(48,50)내에 있고 제1홈은 스프링(56,58)의 직경보다 작은거리만큼 분리된 두 가장자리(60,62,64,66)에 의해 구획된 구멍을 통하여 제1측면내로 열려 있어 고정장치가 가장자리(60,62,64,66)로 구성되는 것이 특징인 걸쇠.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 원형의 측단면을 나타내며 홈(40,48,42,50)에 의해 형성된 하우징(52,54)이 특징인 걸쇠.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 하우징(52,54)의 직경과 거의 같은 직경의 스프링(56,58)이 특징인 걸쇠.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 홈내에 홈의 종축방향으로 있는 스프링(56,58)용 정지장치(72,74)가 특징인 걸쇠.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제1홈(48,50)내에 스프링을 조립하기 전의 하우징(52,54)의 직경보다 큰 직경을 가진 최소한 두개의 인접하는 엔드코일(72,74)로 구성된 스프링(56,58)이 특징인 걸쇠.
  9. 모든 앞의 항에 있어서, 제1가지(10)와 평행한 제2가지(12)가 있어서, 연결장치에 의해서 끝이 서로 겹쳐 지고, 빈공간(18)에 의해 분리되어서 잠긴 상태일때 최소한 부분적으로라도 이 공간에 암(4)이 끼워지고 제2가지(12)에는 암(4)의 제2측면(46)과 마주보는 측면(38)이 있는 특징인 걸쇠.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 암(4)의 측면(44,46)내에 형성된 제1홈(48,50)이 특징인 걸쇠.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 걸쇠가 잠긴 상태일때 한쪽은 제2가지(12)의 측면(38)에 있는 홈(42)에 의해서 다른쪽은 암(4)의 제2측면(46)에 있는 홈(50)에 의해서 변형된 제2하우징(54)내로 뻗는 제2의 탄성변형가능한 부품이 특징인 걸쇠.
  12. 위의 모든 항에 있어서, 팔찌줄(6,8)용 고정장치(14,32)를 구성하는 가지(10,12)의 제2끝 또는 가지(10,12)가 특징인 걸쇠.
  13. 제9∼11항에 있어서, 가지(74,76)의 제2끝이 경첩으로 연결된 제2암이 있어서 제1과 제2암(78,80)의 다른쪽 끝이 걸쇠가 잠긴 상태일때 거의 병렬로 배열된 것이 특징인 걸쇠.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 팔찌줄(6,8)용 고정장치(14,32)가 있는 암(78,80)의 제2끝이 특징인 걸쇠.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 제1과 제2가지(74,76)를 연결하는 횡방향의 고정장치(82)가 특징인 걸쇠.
