Abstract

본 발명은 휠로우더의 덤프작업시 버켓의 최고높이로도 내용물을 이송시키지 못할 경우 별도의 유압실린더를 이용하여 버켓을 구동되는 유압실린더의 피스톤 로드 길이만큼 더 상승시키도록 하는 휠로우더의 버켓보조 상승장치에 관한 것으로서, 휠로우더에 있어서, 상기 휠로우더의 프론트 액슬 양측단에 고정브라켓을 설치고정하고, 상기 휠로우더의 프론트 프레임을 상기 고정브라켓에 자유로이 끼움결합할 수 있게 소정형상의 요홈이 형성되며, 상기 프론트 액슬의 고정브라켓과 프론트 프레임 사이에 각각 고정설치되고 구동함에 따라 상기 프론트 프레임을 소정높이까지 상승하게 하는 유압실린더를구비하여 된 것이다.

제1도는 종래 휠로우더의 작업상태를 도시한 측면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 버켓보조 상승장치에서 프론트 프레임과 프론트 액슬과의 결합관계를 도시한 분리사시도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 휠로우더의 버켓보조 상승장치를 도시한 측면도로서, (가)는 리프트실린더가 상승한 상태, (나)는 리프트실린더가 하강한 상태, 제4도는 본 발명의 유압회로도이다.

  1. 휠로우더에 있어서, 상기 휠로우더(1)의 프론트 액슬(2) 양측단에 고정브라켓(3)을 설치고정하고, 상기 휠로우더(1)의 프론트 프레임(4)을 상기 고정브라켓(3)에 자유로이 끼움결합할 수 있게 소정형상의 요홈(5)이 형성되며, 상기 프론트 액슬(2)의 고정브라켓(3)과 프론트 프레임(4) 사이에 각각 고정설치되고 구동함에 따라 상기 프론트 프레임(4)을 소정높이까지 상승하게 하는 리프트실린더(6)를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 휠로우더의 버켓보조 상승장치.
