Abstract

섬유 웨브를 건조시키기 위한 방법 및 장치는 바람직하게 임펄스 건조에 의해 웨브를 프레싱하고나서, 가스 가압된 영역내로 웨브를 도입시킨 후에 영역내 압력을 감소시키므로써 제공되고, 이때 감소가 바람직하게 섬유 웨브의 냉각으로 실행된다.

웨브 건조 방법 및 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 고압에서 가열된 프레스 표면 프레싱을 수행하도록 고안된 전동 유압 프레스, 압력 실린더, 및 압력 피스톤의 측면 계략도이다, 제2도는 특정 퍼어니시에 대한 박리를 억제하도록 요구된 임계 주위 압력의 플롯이 다, 제3도는 특정 퍼어니시에 대한 박리를 억제하도록 요구된 임계 주위 압력의 표이다, 제4도는 임펄스 건조 조건하에서 특정 퍼어니시에 대한 수분율 변화의 플롯이다, 제5도는 박리를 억제하도록 요구된 상응하는 임계 주위 압력 및 시이트 퍼어니시의 표이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 가열된 표면과 또 다른 표면사이에 웨브를 통과시키고, 상기 표면들 사이에 압력을 적용시킨후, 이 압력을 해제하고, 표면들 사이에 상기 압력의 해제 바로 후에 높은 가스 압력의 영역으로 웨브를 통과시키는 단계로 구성되는 웨브 건조 방법.
  2. 유체의 대기 비점과 유체의 열역학적 임계 온도 초과의 온도 사이의 온도를 갖는 가열된 표면 사이에 웨브를 통과시키고, 상기 표면들 사이에 압력을 적용시킨후, 이 압력을 해제하고, 표면들 사이에 상기 압력의 해제 바로 후에 높은 가스 압력의 영역내로 웨브를 통과시키는 단계로 구성되는 내부 유체를 함유하는 웨브의 건조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 가스 온도가 내부 유체의 온도 미만인 웨브 건조 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표면이 임펄스 건조되는 웨브 건조 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 가스가 웨브를 효과적으로 냉각시키는 웨브 건조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 냉각이 가스의 흐름 및/또는 팽창에 의해 실행되는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 표면들 사이에 적용된 압력이 약 0.3MPa 내지 약 10.0MPa인 웨브 건조 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 내부 유체가 물이고, 가열된 표면이 100℃ 내지 374℃의 온도인 웨브 건조 방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 웨브가 약 10ms 내지 약 100ms의 압력하 체류 시간을 갖는 웨브 건조 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 가스 압력이 약 0.00MPa 내지 0.70MPa의 게이지 압력을 갖는 웨브 건조 방법.
  11. 웨브에 대한 프레싱 도구, 이 프레싱 도구에 인접한 가스 압력 챔버, 이 압력 챔버내로 가압된 가스를 도입시키는 도구, 상기 가스 압력 챔버 내 가스 압력을 제어하는 도구, 및 가스 압력 챔버로부터 가스를 배기시키는 도구로 함께 구성되는 섬유 웨브 건조 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 프레싱 도구가 로울 프레스인 섬유 웨브 건조 장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 프레싱 도구가 선형 프레스인 섬유 웨브 건조 장치.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 가압 가스를 도입시키는 위한 도구가 다수의 공기 나이프로 구성되는 섬유 웨브 건조 장치.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 가스 압력 챔버가 상기 프레싱 도구를 둘러싸는 섬유 웨브 건조 장치.
