Abstract

본 발명은 지하실이나 옥상 등에 시공시 물의 침투를 방지하는 방수 기능은 물론 건축물 구조 재료의 부식 및 크랙에 저항성을 갖고 있는 천연고무 라텍스를 이용한 도막방수제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 천연고무 라텍스 100중량부(고형분 기준)에 기교제 3~8중량부, 내열노화방지제 7~11중량부, 내오존방지제 4~8중량부 및 물 36~72중량부를 함께 볼밀한 후 교반 반응시켜 제조한 예비가교결합상태의 천연고무 라텍스 조성물 100중량부에 비이온계 유화제 2~5중량부, 용융아스팔트 10~30중량부, 초산비닐수지 20~50중량부를 첨가 혼합시킨 1차블랜딩액 100중량부와; 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 100중량부에 올레인산 또는 그 염 1~3중량부를 첨가하여 15~20시간 반응 숙성시킨 후 아크릴수지 30~60중량부를 첨가 혼합시킨 2차블랜딩액 50~70중량부를 혼합하여 7~12시간 교반 반응시켜 제조하는 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 예비가교결합 상태의 천연고무 라텍스 조성물 100중량부에 비이온계 유화제 2~5중량부, 용융아스팔트 10~30중량부, 초산비닐수지 20~50중량부를 첨가하여 혼합시킨 1차블랜딩액 100중량부와; 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 100중량부에 올레인산 또는 그 염 1~3중량부를 첨가하여 15~20시간 반응시킨 후 아크릴 수지 30~60중량부를 첨가 혼합시킨 2차블랜딩액 50~70중량부로 혼합 조성된 도막방수제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 예비가교결합 상태의 천연고무 라텍스 조성물은 천연고무 라텍스 100중량부(고형분 기준)에 20~50℃에서 가교제 3~8중량부, 내열노화방지제 7~11중량부, 내오존방지제 4~8중량부 및 물 36~72중량부를 함께 볼밀하여 20~30시간 교반 반응시켜 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 도막방수제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 가교제는 테트라메틸치우람다이설파이드, 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트 및 탄산아연에서 선택된 1종임을 특징으로 하는 도막방수제.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 비이온계 유화제는 로진산칼륨, 로진산나트륨 및 올레인산나트륨에서 선택된 1종의 검로진을 에스테르화 한 것임을 특징으로 하는 도막방수제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 용융아스팔트는 침입도가 60~80인 스트레이트 아스팔트인 것을 특징으로 하는 도막방수제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 초산비닐수지로는 비닐아세테이트가 8.5~33%인 열가소성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 도막방수제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무는 전고형분 69%, 점도 800cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 도막방수제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴계 수지는 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 아크릴아마이드. 메타아크릴아마이드, 에틸아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 및 라우릴메타아크릴레이트에서 선택된 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 도막방수제.
  9. 예비가교결합 상태의 천연고무 라텍스 조성물 100중량부에 비이온계 유화제 2~5중량부, 용융아스팔트 10~30중량부, 초산비닐수지 20~50중량부를 첨가 혼합시킨 1차블랜딩액 100중량부와; 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 100중량부에 올레인산 또는 그 염 1~3중량부를 첨가하여 15~20시간 반응시킨 후 아크릴수지 30~60중량부를 첨가 혼합시킨 2차블랜딩액 50~70중량부를 혼합하여 7~12시간 교반 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 도막방수제의 제조방법.
