Abstract

본 발명은 폴리비닐클로라이드(Poly vinyl Chloride), 아크릴부타디엔스티렌(Acryl Butadien Styrene), 아크릴(Acryl)등의 각 성형물과 접착력이 우수한 접착성 겔코트 조성 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 67.7중량부의 비닐에스테르수지, 13.0중량부의 안료, 5.2중량부의 요변제를 혼합 롤러를 이용 2차 가공한 다음 0.6중량부의 탈포제, 6.1중량부의 스티렌모노머, 0.2중량부의 유기요변조제, 3.6중량부의 메타아크릴이성체, 3.6중량부의 아크릴 중합체를 사용하여 이루어지는 접착성 겔코트 수지.

Claims (4)

  1. 67.6중량부의 비닐에스테르수지, 13.0중량부의 안료, 5.2중량부의 요변제를 혼합 롤러를 이용 2차 가공한 다음 0.6중량부의 탈포제, 6.1중량부의 스티렌모노머, 0.2중량부의 유기요변조제, 3.6중량부의 메타아크릴이성체, 3.6중량부의 아크릴 중합체를 사용하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 접착성 겔코트 수지.
  2. 60.0중량부의 비닐에스테르수지, 13.0중량부의 안료, 4.7중량부의 요변제를 혼합 롤러를 이용 2차 가공한 수 0.4중량부의 탈포제, 9.0중량부의 시티렌모노머, 0.2중량부의 유기요변조제, 5.0중량부의 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 5.0중량부의 메타아크릴 이성체, 2.7중량부의 α-메틸스티렌을 사용하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 접착성 겔코트 수지.
  3. 접착성 겔코트에 사용하는 비닐에스테르 수지의 조성으로서 43.0중량부의 에폭시 수지, 11.0중량부의 메틸메타이크릴산, 45.0중량부의 스티렌모노머, 0.3중량부의 20메틸이미다졸, 0.2중량부의 톨루하이드로퀴논, 0.5중량부의 페노티아진을 사용하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 비닐에스테르 수지.
  4. 접착성 겔코트를 이용하여 투명한 아크릴 판넬에 스프레이 도장하여 경화한 후 후면에 유리섬유 강화제를 사용, 일반 적층용 수지로 적층하여 얻은 벽판넬, 욕조, 세면대, 에프론, 방수판등의 성형품인 것.
