Abstract

알킬 아크릴레이트 및 아크릴로니트릴을 기재로 한 입자상의 부분 가교 결합된 고무상 공중합체는 연질 시트, 특히 외관상 가죽처럼 보이는 연질 시트의 제조를 위해 사용될 수 있다.

연질 시트 제조를 위한 알킬 아크릴레이트 및 아크릴로니트릴을 기재로한 고무상 공중합체의 용도
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본발명에 따른 중합체 혼합물로부터 제조한 시트의 열성형 시험에 사용하는 원추대를 도시한 것임.

Claims (3)

  1. 0.08 내지 1.0㎛의 평균 입자 직경(d50), 10이상의 팽윤 지수 및 20 내지 99중량%의 겔 함량을 갖는, 50 내지 95중량%의 C2-C8알킬 아크릴레이트 및 5 내지 50중량%의 아크릴로니트릴을 기재로 한 입자상의 부분가교 결합된 고무상 공중합체의 연질 시트 제조를 위한 용도.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 아크릴레이트는 알킬 아크릴레이트의 총량을 기준으로 하여 0.05 내지 15중량%의 부타디엔을 함유하고, 상기 아크릴로니트릴은 아크릴로니트릴의 총량을 기준으로 하여 2 내지 60중량%의 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌 및(또는) C1-C4알킬 메타크릴레이트에 의하여 대체된 것임을 특징으로 하는 입자상의 부분 가교 결합된 고무상 공중합체의 용도.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자상의 부분 가교 결합된 고무상 공중합체가 2 내지 30중량%의 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체와 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상의 부분 가교 결합된 고무상 공중합체의 용도.
