Abstract

수증기 및 산소 장벽 특성이 개선된 2축 연신된 폴리프로필렌 필름을 기술한다. 필름의 n-헵탄 불용성 함량은13C-NMR 분광기로 측정하여, 97% 이상의 쇄 이소택틱 지수를 갖는다. 또한, 폴리프로필렌의 생산 방법 및 그의 용도를 기술한다.

제 1 도는 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체의13C-NMR 분광의 확대 개략도이다.

Claims (16)

  1. - 두 개의 구조적 쇄 결함 사이의 폴리프로필렌 분자의 평균 이소택틱 블록 길이가 통계 평균으로 40 이상이고, - 폴리프로필렌의 n-헵탄 불용성 분획은 쇄 이소택틱 지수가13C-NMR 분광기로 측정하여 95% 이상이고, - 분자량 분포에 있어서 수평균 Mn에 대한 중량 평균 Mw의 비가 4 미만이고, - 폴리프로필렌의 n-헵탄-가용성 분획이 1% 미만이고, - 수증기 투과율이 ≤24/두께(㎛)[g/㎡d]이고, 산소 투과율이 ≤34,000/두께m[㎤/(㎡·d·bar)]이고, 폴리프로필렌을 함유하는 하나 이상의 기층을 갖는 2축 연신된 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 기층이, n-헵탄 불용성 부분의 쇄 이소택틱 지수가13C-NMR 분광기로 측정하여 96% 이상, 특히 97% 이상인 폴리프로필렌을 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 기층이, Mw/Mn이 3.0 미만, 바람직하게는 2.7 미만인 폴리프로필렌을 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한면 이상, 바람직하게는 양면에 α-올레핀계 중합체를 포함하는 상층을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한면 또는 양면에 α-올레핀계 중합체를 포함하는 중간층 또는 중간층들이 기본층 및 상층 또는 층들 사이에 적용된 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기층이 정전 방지제를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기층 또는 층들 및/또는 중간층 또는 층들이 중화제 및/또는 안정화제를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상층 또는 층들이 윤활제 및/또는 점착 방지제를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간층 또는 중간층들이 중화제, 안정화제, 정전 방지제 및/또는 점착 방지제를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상층 또는 층들이 밀폐 가능한 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  11. 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상층 또는 층들이 밀폐 가능하지 않은 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  12. 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 두께가 4 내지 100㎛이고, 기층이 전체 두께의 약 40 내지 60%를 차지하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  13. 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단층 필름인 폴리프로필렌 필름.
  14. 개개 층의 중합체들을 가열하고, 압출기에서 압착 용융시키고, 필름의 개개 층들에 대응하는 용융물을 시트 다이를 통해 동시에 함께 압축시키고, 이렇게 수득된 필름을 인취 롤러상에서 연신시키고, 상기 필름을 냉각 및 고화시켜 수득된 프리필름들을 종방향 및 횡방향으로 연신시키고, 종방향의 연신은 3 : 1 내지 9 : 1 의 종방향 연신비로 수행하고, 횡방향의 연신은 4 : 1 내지 12 : 1 의 횡방향 연신비로 수행하는 제 1 항에 청구된 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법.
  15. 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 폴리프로필렌 필름의 포장용 필름으로서의 용도.
  16. 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 폴리프로필렌 필름의 적층용 필름으로서의 용도.
