Abstract
원환체표면을 비구상화하여 물품 명세서내에 있는 물품 유지단위에 필요한 원통형 축위치의 수를 감소시키는 비구상 원환체렌즈를 기재하였다. 본 발명은 안렌즈, 특히 비원시성 또는 원시성 난시환자가 착용하도록 설계된 소프트하이드로겔 콘택트렌즈와 같은 콘택트렌즈에 관한 것이다. 비상구원환체 렌즈의 전면과 후면중의 하나는 적어도 환자의 기본 원거리처방전(Rx)에 상응하는 구상표면을 구성한다. 전면과 후면중의 다른 하나는 비구상원환체 곡면을 구성하며, 원환체표면은 비구상반경으로 이루어져 있어서 비구상곡면은 촛점의 깊이 (depth-of-focus)를 증가시킴으로써 원환체곡면의 어긋한 축상배열을 감소시킨다. 비구상원환체곡면이 렌즈의 후면위에 놓이는 경우, 렌즈의 전면위의 구상곡면이 환자의 기본원거리처방전(Rx)에 상응하는 단일구상 곡면을 포함할 수 있다. 비구상원환체 곡면이 렌즈의 전면위에 놓이는 경우, 렌즈의 후면위의 구상곡면이 다촛점 동심 환형환 구상 표면을 포함할 수 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 축위치가 180°인 비구상원환체 표면으로 이루어진 후면과 환자의 기본구상 처방전(Rx)에 상응하는 구상전면을 갖는, 본 발명에 따르는 비구상 원환체렌즈의 제1양태의 후면 평면도를 도시한 것이고, 제2도는 원환체표면의 잠재적인 비구상화효과, 원환체표면의 주축과 종축에서의 구상단면을 갖는 원환체표면(점선으로 표시) 및 또한 원환체표면의 주축과 종축에서의 비구상단면을 갖는 원환체표면(실선으로 표시)을 도시한 것이며, 제3도는 축위치가 90°인 비구상 원환체표면으로 이루어진 난시교정용전면과 환자의 기본구상 원거리 및 근거리 교정처방전(Rx)에 상응하는 다촛점동심환형환을 포함하는 원시교정용 후면을 갖는, 본 발명에 따르는 원시성 난시환자용 비구상 원환체렌즈의 제2양태의 전면평면도를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (13)
- 전면과 반대쪽후면을 가지고 (a)전면과 후면 중의 하나가 구상표면을 구성하며 (b)전면과 후면중의 다른 하나가 비구상 원환체곡면을 구성하는 (c)난시환자용 비구상 원환체렌즈에 있어서, 구상표면의 곡면과 원환체의 곡면을 조합하면 적어도 환자의 기본 원거리처방전(Rx)에 상응하게 되고, 원환체표면이 비구상반경으로 이루어져 있어서 비구상곡면이 촛점이 깊이 (depth-of-focus)를 증가시킴으로써 원환체곡면의 어긋난 축상 배열이 감소된 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비구상 곡면에 타원형 곡면이 포함되는 난시 환자용 비구상 원환체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비구상 곡면에 포물선 곡면이 포함되는 난시 환자용 비구상 원환체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비구상 곡면에 쌍곡선 곡면이 포함되는 난시 환자용 비구상 원환체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비구상 원환체 표면이 렌즈의 후면에 위치하는 난시 환자용 비구상 원환체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비구상 원환체 표면이 렌즈의 전면에 위치하는 난시 환자용 비구상 원환체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구상표면에 단일구상 곡면이 포함되는 난시 환자용 비구상 원환체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 렌즈의 구상표면이, 환자의 기본구상 원거리처방전(Rx)에 상응하는 중심원형 구상디스크, 환자의 기본 구상원거리처방전(Rx)에 상응하는 하나이상의 환형구상환 및 환자의 구상근거리 처방전(Rx)에 상응하는 하나이상의 환형구상환을 갖는 다촛점 동심환형환 구상설계(여기서, 다촛점 동심환형환설계는 원시를 교정하고, 또한 원환체곡면의 촛점의 깊이를 증가시킨다.)를 포함하는 난시 환자용 비구상 원환체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 콘택트렌즈를 포함하는 난시 환자용 비구상 원환체 렌즈.
- 제9항에 있어서, 콘택트렌즈가 소프트 하이드로겔 콘택트렌즈를 포함하는 난시 환자용 비구상 원환체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안내렌즈를 포함하는 난시환자용 비구상 원환체 렌즈.
- (a)렌즈가 전면과 반대쪽후면을 갖고, (b)전면과 후면중의 하나가 구상표면을 구성하며, (c)전면과 후면중의 다른 하나가 비구상 원환체곡면을 구성하고〔여기서, 구상표면의 곡면과 원환체의 곡면을 조합하면 적어도 환자의 기본원거리 처방전(Rx)에 상응하게 되고 원환체표면이 비구상반경으로 이루어져 있어 비구상곡면이 촛점의 깊이를 증가시킴으로써 원환체곡면의 어긋난 축상배열이 감소된다.〕(d)생체내 품질분석장치를 사용하여 눈위의 렌즈의 생체내 상 품질분석을 수행하여 잔여수차를 측정하며, (e)렌즈를 재설계하여 시각정확성과 성능을 향상시켜 측정된 잔여수차를 감소시킴을 포함하는, 난시환자용 비구상 원환체 렌즈의 설계방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 렌즈를 재설계하는 단계가 비구상 원환체곡면의 비구상곡면을 재설계하는 단계를 포함하는 렌즈의 설계방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
