Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 엔진룸의 유입공기 냉각장치를 개시한다. 개시된 장치는, 차체 아래로 흐르는 공기를 엔진룸 내부로 유입시키는 에어 댐에, 에어 댐을 통해 엔진룸 내부로 유입되는 공기를 라디에이터를 흐르는 냉각수의 온도에 따라 냉각시키는 유입공기 냉각수단으로 에어 댐에 설치되는 열전소자와, 열전소자의 저온부와 그 일측이 연결되어 에어 댐에 의해 유입되는 공기로부터 열을 흡수하여 유입공기를 냉각시키는 열흡수망과, 냉각수의 온도에 따라 상기 열전소자의 구동을 제어하는 열전소자 제어수단이 마련된다. 따라서 라디에이터의 열교환성능을 향상시킬 수 있게 되며, 특히 주위의 온도가 높아 라디에이터의 열교환 성능이 저하되는 여름철에 효과적인 이점이 있다.The present invention discloses an inlet air cooling apparatus of an automobile engine room. The disclosed apparatus includes an inlet air cooling means for cooling the air flowing into the engine room through the air dam in accordance with the temperature of the cooling water flowing through the radiator. The thermoelectric element is installed, the low temperature part of the thermoelectric element and one side thereof is connected to a heat absorption network for absorbing heat from the air introduced by the air dam to cool the inlet air, and controlling the driving of the thermoelectric element according to the temperature of the cooling water. Thermoelectric element control means is provided. Therefore, it is possible to improve the heat exchange performance of the radiator, and in particular, there is an effective advantage in the summer when the heat exchange performance of the radiator is lowered due to the high ambient temperature.
