Claims (5)
- 전해질 중의 용매가 술포란 또는 술포란 유도체, 및 식 R1O(CO)OR2(식중, R1및 R2은 동일 또는 상이할 수 있는 1가 유기기이다)로 나타내는 사슬 카르본산 에스테르를 함유하는 유기형 혼합 용매인, 분극 전극의 표면상에 전기 이중층을 형성할 수 있는 분극 전극 및 전해질을 함유하는 전기 이중층 축전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2는 CH3,C2H5, (CH3)2CH, CH3(CH2)2및 CF3CH2로 구성된 군에서 선택된 유기기인 전기 이중층 축전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 상기한 1가 유기기인 전기 이중층 축전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 15~85 용량% 술포란 또는 술포란 유도체, 85~15 용량% 사슬 카르본산 에스테르를 함유하는 전기 이중층 축전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해질이 4차 포스포늄 염 또는 4차 암모늄 역을 함유하는 전기 이중층 축전기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
