Claims (5)

  1. 전해질 중의 용매가 술포란 또는 술포란 유도체, 및 식 R1O(CO)OR2(식중, R1및 R2은 동일 또는 상이할 수 있는 1가 유기기이다)로 나타내는 사슬 카르본산 에스테르를 함유하는 유기형 혼합 용매인, 분극 전극의 표면상에 전기 이중층을 형성할 수 있는 분극 전극 및 전해질을 함유하는 전기 이중층 축전기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2는 CH3,C2H5, (CH3)2CH, CH3(CH2)2및 CF3CH2로 구성된 군에서 선택된 유기기인 전기 이중층 축전기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 상기한 1가 유기기인 전기 이중층 축전기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 15~85 용량% 술포란 또는 술포란 유도체, 85~15 용량% 사슬 카르본산 에스테르를 함유하는 전기 이중층 축전기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전해질이 4차 포스포늄 염 또는 4차 암모늄 역을 함유하는 전기 이중층 축전기.
