Abstract

본 발명은 가스보일러의 물탱크에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 물탱크를 상부바디와 하부바디로 구분하고 삼방변과 순환펌프를 하부바디에 장착시킨 다음 이를 기준으로 배관을 형성하여 가스보일러의 내부구조를 단순화함과 동시에 가스보일러를 소형화시킨 가스보일러의 물탱크에 관한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 가스보일러의 조립에 소요되는 부품수를 줄임과 동시에 조립공정을 대폭 축소하여 생산성 향상 및 원가절감을 할 수 있는 가스보일러의 물탱크에 관한 것이다.
가스보일러의 물탱크에 있어서, 바이패스관(20)과 수위감지기(21)가 상부면에 위치하는 것으로서 저부가 개방된 함체 형상의 상부바디(1B); 난방환수입구(110)와 오버플로우관(120)을 갖는 것으로서 상기 상부바디(1B)와 결합할 수 있도록 저부가 개방된 함체부(100), 상기 함체부(100)와 연통관(230)에 의하여 연통되면서 볼공간(250)과 드레인(210), 내순환입구(220)가 형성되어 있는 것으로서 상기 함체부(100)와 연통관(230)에 의하여 연통되면서 삼방변(7)을 장착할 수 있는 삼방변 프레임(240)이 형성된 삼방변장착부(200), 연통구(310)와 출구(320), 펌프드레인(330), 입구(350)를 갖는 것으로서 상기 볼공간(250)과 입구(350)가 연통구(310)로 연통되면서 순환펌프(4)를 장착할 수 있는 순환펌프 프레임(340)이 형성되어 있는 순환펌프 장착부(300)로 이루어진 것으로서 상기 오버플로우관(120)을 내부에 위치시키는 상태로 하여 상기 상부바디(1B)의 저부와 상기 함체부(100)의 상부를 밀폐 결합시키도록 된 하부바디(1A)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러의 물탱크를 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 가스보일러의 물탱크에 있어서, 바이패스관(20)과 수위감지기(21)가 상부면에 위치하는 것으로서 저부가 개방된 함체 형상의 상부바디(1B); 난방환수입구(110)와 오버플로우관(120)을 갖는 것으로서 상기 상부바디(1B)와 결합할 수 있도록 저부가 개방된 함체부(100), 상기 함체부(100)와 연통관(230)에 의하여 연통되면서 볼공간(250)과 드레인(210), 내순환입구(220)가 형성되어 있는 것으로서 상기 함체부(100)와 연통관(230)에 의하여 연통되면서 삼방변(7)을 장착할 수 있는 삼방변 프레임(240)이 형성된 삼방변장착부(200), 연통구(310)와 출구(320), 펌프드레인(330), 입구(350)를 갖는 것으로서 상기 볼공간(250)과 입구(350)가 연통구(310)로 연통되면서 순환펌프(4)를 장착할 수 있는 순환펌프 프레임(340)이 형성되어 있는 순환펌프 장착부(300)로 이루어진 것으로서 상기 오버플로우관(120)을 내부에 위치시키는 상태로 하여 상기 상부바디(1B)의 저부와 상기 함체부(100)의 상부를 밀폐 결합시키도록 된 하부바디(1A)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러의 물탱크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부바디(1B)의 저부 일측을 오목하게 형성하여 이에 PCB박스(15)를 위치시킨것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러의 물탱크.
