Abstract

본 발명은 용융온도가 1550℃이내로 낮으므로 생산원가가 저하되고, 열팽창계수가 10×10-7(℃) 내외로 낮으므로 초내열식기 등에 적용될 수 있는 결정화 유리제품을 제공하기 위한 것으로, Li2O, Al2O3, SiO2, MgO, Na2O, K2O, ZnO, ZrO2, TiO2등으로 구성되는 저팽창성 결정화 유리의 제조에 있어서, SiO2/Li2O의 몰비가 8이하이고, MgO+Na2O+K2O+ZnO의 사용량이 4~8중량%이며, 핵형성온도와 결정성장 온도가 각각 700~850℃ 및 1000~1100℃인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. Li2O, Al2O3, SiO2, MgO, Na2O, K2O, ZnO, ZrO2, TiO2등으로 구성되는 결정화 유리의 있어서, SiO2/Li2O의 몰비가 8이하이고, MgO+Na2O+K2O+ZnO의 사용량이 4~8중량%이며, 핵형성온도와 결정성장 온도가 각각 700~850℃ 및 1000~1100℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 저팽창성 결정화 유리의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 핵형성제는 ZrO2또는 TiO2중 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 저팽창성 결정화 유리의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, SiO2/Li2O의 몰비가 4~8인 것을 특징으로 하는 저팽창성 결정화유리의 제조방법.
