Abstract

본 발명은 플라스틱 마개에 관한 것으로서, 그 마개는 상단 판넬과 스커트형 측벽으로 이루어진 마개 본체와, 상기 스커트형 측벽의 하단부에 마련된 둘레 밴드를 포함하며, 용기 목 부분의 외측 원주부와 나사식으로 결속되는 나사부를 스커트형 측벽의 내측면에 형성하고, 다수의 브릿지 부분을 포함하는 원주방향 파열선을 통해 스커트형 측벽의 하단부에 상기 둘레 밴드를 형성하며, 용기 목부분의 외측 원주면에 형성된 결속 돌출부와 맞물리는 돌출부를 둘레 밴드 하부의 내측 원주면에 마련하고, 내측 지름 방향으로 연장하는 하나 이상의 가요성 핀을 둘레 밴드의 내측 원주면에 마련한다. 용기를 기울였을 때, 가요성 핀은 용기 목의 턱 부분에 걸리게 되어 둘레 밴드가 용기 목으로부터 분리되지 않는다. 따라서, 용기 내의 액체를 그릇에 따를 때 그 액체와 함께 둘레 밴드가 컵과 같은 그릇에 낙하하는 것이 방지된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 플라스틱 마개를 용기 주둥이 부분과 함께 도시한 단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 마개의 상단면도, 제3도는 제1도의 마개에 마련된 정지부의 위치를 도시한 도면, 제4도는 제1도의 마개의 스커트형 측벽의 하단부로부터 둘레 밴드까지를 차례로 도시한 측단면도로서, 제4도의 (A)는 정지부와 브릿지를 형성하지 않는 상태의 측단면도이고, (B)는 브릿지(12)를 형성한 부분의 측단면도이며, (C)는 정지부를 형성한 부분의 측단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 상단 판넬과 그 상단 판넬의 둘레 연부로부터 하향 연장하는 스커트형 측벽으로 이루어진 마개 본체와, 상기 스커트형 측벽의 하단부에 마련된 둘레 밴드를 포함하는 플라스틱 마개에 있어서, 용기 목 부분의 외측 원주부와 나사식으로 결속되는 나사부를 스커트형 측벽의 내측면에 형성하고, 다수의 브릿지 부분을 포함하는 원주방향 파열선을 통해 스커트형 측벽의 하단부에 상기 둘레 밴드를 형성하며, 용기 목부분의 외측 원주면에 형성된 결속 돌출부와 맞물리는 돌출부를 둘레 밴드 하부의 내측 원주면에 마련하고, 내측 지름 방향으로 연장하는 하나 이상의 가요성 핀을 둘레 밴드의 내측 원주면에 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 캡.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 핀을 근접 브릿지 부분들 사이에 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 캡.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스커트형 측벽 하부의 내측면으로부터 하향 연장하는 정지부를 마련하고, 마개폐쇄 방향에서 볼 때 정지부의 전방에 인접한 곳에서 둘레 밴드의 내측면내에 돌출부를 마련하며, 마개 폐쇄시에, 상기 돌출부는 상기 정지부와 접촉하여 상기 마개 본체와 둘레 밴드가 함께 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 캡.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용기 목에 형성된 결속 돌출부는 용기 목의 외측 원주면에 형성된 다수의 래치트 크로로 구성되고, 둘레 밴드 하부의 내측 원주면에 형성된 돌출부는 마개의 내측 지름 방향 및 마개 개방 방향으로 연장하고 일정 간격으로 형성된 다수의 가요성 돌출부인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 캡.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 둘레 밴드는 상부의 두꺼운 부분과 하부의 얇은 부분으로 구성되며, 상기 두꺼운 부분과 얇은 부분은 수평 수분에 의해 연결되고, 상기 가요성 돌출부의 기저부는 얇은 부분의 내측면 및 수평 부분에 일체형으로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 캡.
