본 발명은 열적, 기계적 성질이 개선된 복합품을 제공한다.
이는 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 성형 조성물 층Ⅰ, 폴리아미드 (a)와 폴리글루타르이미드(b)의 혼합물을 기본으로 하는 성형 조성물을 포함하고 층Ⅰ에 직접 인접한 층Ⅱ, 반응성 그룹을 함유하는 적절한 커플링제층Ⅲ 및 폴리올레핀 성형 조성물을 포함하고 층Ⅲ에 직접 인접한 층Ⅳ를 인접한 층이 서로 견고하게 결합되어 있는 상태로 하나 이상 함유하는 열가소성 다층 복합품으로써 성취된다.
본 발명에 의해 특성이 바람직하게 개선된 복합품을 수득할 수 있다.

Claims (21)

  1. 폴리비닐리텐 플루오라이드 성형 조성물 층Ⅰ, 폴리아미드(a)와 폴리글루타르이미드(b)의 혼합물을 기본으로 하는 성형 조성물을 포함하고 층Ⅰ에 직접 인접한 층Ⅱ; 반응성 그룹을 함유하는 적절한 커플링제 층Ⅲ 및 폴리올레핀 성형 조성물을 포함하고 층Ⅲ에 직접 인접한 층Ⅳ를 인접한 층이 서로 견고하게 결합되어 있는 상태로 하나 이상 함유하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 층Ⅰ이 용융 유동 지수가 17g/10분 미만인 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드계 성형 조성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 층Ⅰ이 용융 유동 지수가 2 내지 13g/10분인 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드계 성형 조성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
  4. 제1항 내지 제 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층Ⅰ이 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 공중합체를 기본으로 하는 성형조성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층Ⅱ가 폴리아미드(a) 40 내지 90중량%와 폴리글루타르이미드(b) 10 내지 60중량%의 혼합물을 기본으로 하는 성형조성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층Ⅱ가 폴리아미드(a) 60 내지 80중량%와 폴리글루타르이미드(b) 20 내지 40중량%의 혼합물을 기본으로 하는 성형 조성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
  7. 제1항 내지 제 6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 Ⅱ,b,가 하나 이상의 다음 기본 구성 단위를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
    1.2 내지 20중량%
    상기 식에서, 알킬은 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 부틸, 펜틸 또는 헥실이고, R1내지 R5는 CnH2n+1(여기서, n은 0 내지 6이다) 이며, 치환체들은 동일하거나 상이하다.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분Ⅱ.b.가 하나 이상의 다음 기본 구성 단위를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.

  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층Ⅲ의 커플링제가 산 무수물 그룹, 카복실산 그룹, 에폭사이드 그룹, 옥사졸린 그룹 또는 트리알콕시실란 그룹을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 층Ⅲ의 커플링제가 산 무수물 그룹을 0.05 내지 10중량%, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 3중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 층Ⅱ에서 폴리아미드의 아미노 말단 그룹 함량이 10mmol/kg 이상 임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분Ⅱ.a.의 폴리아미드가 폴리아미드 12임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 층Ⅰ, 층Ⅱ, 층Ⅲ 및/또는 층Ⅳ를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
  17. 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층 배열이 층Ⅳ, 층Ⅲ, 층Ⅱ, 층Ⅰ, 층Ⅱ, 층Ⅲ, 층Ⅳ임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 복합품.
  18. 성형품을 생산하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제17항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 열가소성 다층 복합품의 용도.
