Abstract

본 발명은 타이어의 균일성시험방법에 관한 것으로, 타이어에 원점을 찍은 후, 이 원점을 인식하도록 엔코더에 연결설치된 흑백감지센서와 타이어의 균일성테스트기로부터 발생된 제트방향출력신호를 디스크에 저장한 다음, 컴퓨터상에서 오우버랩시킴으로서 타이어의 균일성파형분석을 빠르고 정확하게 할 수 있도록 한 것이다. (제1도)

Claims (1)

  1. 엔코더가 장착된 스핀들에 끼워져 회전되는 타이어의 사이드월부(트레드조인트부)에 힌점표시나 테이프로 측정원점을 표시하는 화이트마킹 단계와, 이를 타이어와 시험장치의 로드휠 사이에 설치한 흑백감지센서로 인식하게 하여 테스트 스타트포인트를 결정한 뒤, 알.에프.브이의 하이포인트 위치각도를 엔코더에서 인식하여 얻은 센서펄스 출력을 디스크에 저장하는 타이어테스트 단계 및 이 타이어테스트 단계에서 얻은 센서 펄스 출력을 저장한 디스크를 컴퓨터의 씨.알.티상에서 오버-랩시켜 파형분석을 하도록 된 오버-랩파형분석 단계로 이루어지는 타이어의 균일성시험방법.
