Abstract

본 발명은 생강으로부터 나트륨 치환형태의 트립토판을 추출하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 생강을 수성용매로 추출하고, 이어서 수집용 역상 고압액체크로마토그래피 및 이온교환 크로마토그래피를 수행하여 수집한 나트륨 치환 트립토판은 B형 간염 표면 항원 생성에 대한 억제 효과가 있으므로, 이를 유효활성성분으로 포함하는 약학 조성물은 B형 간염 치료제로서 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 생강을 수성용매로 추출하고, 이어서 수집용 역상 고압액체크로마토그래피 및 이온교환 크로마토그래피를 수행하여 나트륨 치환형태의 트립토판에 해당하는 구획을 수집하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생강으로부터 나트륨 치환 트립토판을 추출하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성용매가 물이고, 60 내지 90℃에서 1 내지 3시간 동안 물중탕 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수집용 역상 고압 액체 크로마토그래피 수행시 C18컬럼을 사용하고, 용출용매로 0.05% 트리플루오로아세트산이 들어있는 물과, 0.05% 트리플루오로아세트산이 들어있는 80% 아세토니트릴을 사용하여 용출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 음이온 교환 액체 크로마토그래피 수행시, DEAE 컬럼을 사용하고, 완충용액은 20 내지 50mM 트리스(pH 7.0 내지 7.5)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
