Abstract

본 발명은 냉장고의 냉기흡입덕트에 관한 것으로, 증발기(4)에서 발생되는 제상수를 수거하기 위한 제상수 수거부(30)와 냉장고 내를 순환한 냉기를 증발기(4)로 전달하는 냉기흡입덕트(40)가 일체로 형성되고, 상기 흡입덕트부(40)중 냉장실(3)과 연통되는 냉장냉기흡입덕트(42)는 상기 수거부(30)의 일측에 길게 연장형성되어 말단부가 하향 형성되고, 냉동실(2)과 연통되는 냉동냉기흡입덕트(44)는 상기 수거부(30)에 형성된 냉장냉기흡입덕트(42)의 양측에 나란히 연장 형성되어 그 말단부가 상향 형성되어 구성되며, 이러한 냉기흡입덕트에 의하면 냉장고 조립작업시 액밀림 등에 의한 조립불량이 줄어들고 조립작업의 작업성이 향상되며 냉장고 내의 냉기의 흐름이 원활하게 되어 냉장고의 성능이 오랜동안 유지되는 이점이 있다.

제1도는 종래 기술에 의한 냉장고의 내부구조를 보인 측단면도, 제2도는 종래 기술에 의한 냉장고의 중간단열벽 부분을 보인 단면도, 제4도는 본 발명에 의한 냉장고의 냉기흡입덕트를 구비한 냉장고의 중간단열벽 부분을 보인 단면도, 제5도는 본 발명에 의한 냉기흡입덕트의 사시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 증발기에서 발생되는 제상수를 수거하기 위한 제상수 수거부와 냉장고내를 순환한 냉기를 증발기로 전달하는 냉기흡입덕트가 일체로 형성되고, 상기 흡입덕트부중 냉장실과 연통되는 냉장냉기 흡입덕트는 상기 수거부의 일측에길게 연장 형성되고 말단부가 하향 형성되어 냉장실 냉기흡입덕트에 끼워지고, 냉동실과 연통되는 냉기흡입덕트는 상기수거부에 형성된 냉장냉기흡입덕트의 양측에 나란히 연장 형성되고 그 말단부가 상향 형성되어 냉동실 냉기흡입구에 끼워지게 되고, 단열재 충진시 덕트에 발포액이 직접 접촉됨을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉기흡입덕트.
