Abstract
본 발명은 플라스틱 몸체가 허브에 수용된 리지드 샤프트의 러그에 의해 맞물린 토오크 전달면을 지닌 일체허브와 열가소성수지 탄성체로 형성된 버터플라이 밸브에 관한 것으로 상기 샤프트가 상기 몸체에서 회전하기 위해 저어널되어 있다. 밸브부재는 브레이드의 주변에 형성된 두꺼운 림과 허브에서 반대방향으로 연장한 일체형 얇은 브레이드부를 지니고, 상기 두꺼운림이 챔퍼된 림의 어제와 브레이드의 주변에 형성되어 있다. 바람직한 버터플라이부재는 허브에서 브레이드를 따라 림 중앙으로 연장한 일체강성리브를 지닌다.

Claims (6)
- (가) 유체원, 유출구 및 상기 유입구 및 유출구와 연통하는 밸빙통로에 연결하기 적합한 유입구를 지닌 밸브몸체와; (나) 상기 통로에 배설되어서 여기서 상기 유입구와 유출구사이의 유동을 제어하기 위해 상기 몸체에 위치한 제1위치와 제2위치 사이를 피벗할 수 있게 이동하는 탄성 버터플라이와; 상기 버터플라이는 다음과 일체가 되어 형성되어 있고 (i) 토오크 전달 맞물림에 적합한 내면에 형성된 허브부와, (ⅱ) 대향방향으로 상기 허브부에서 바깥족으로 연장한 한쌍의 얇은 브레이드부와, (ⅲ) 상기 브레이드부의 주변을 연장하고 상기 브레이드부 보다 매우 큰 두께의 림부를 지니고; (다) 상기 허브부를 통해 수용되고, 상기 축의 면부를 지닌 축을 허브부의 상기 내면과 맞물리고 상기 몸체에서 회전하기 위해 저널된 축을 구비한 밸브조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버터플라이는 열가소성수지 중합체로 형성된 밸브조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버터플라이는 브레이드부는 상기 허브에서 상기 림위치 연장한 합성리브를 포함하는 밸브조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버터플라이 림부는 상기 몸체에 대해 위치하도록 챔버되어 있는 밸브조립체.
- (가) 유입구 유출구 및 이 유입구와 유출구를 연통하는 밸빙통로를 형성하는 단계와; (나) 토오크 전달면이 형성된 허브, 상기 허브에서 반대로 연장한 한쌍의 브레이브부 및 브레이드의 주변 주위로 연장한 두꺼운 림부를 지닌 일제형 버터플라이 부제를 형성하는 단계와; (다) 축을 상기 허브에 배설하고 상기 토오크 전달면을 맞물리게 하는 단계와; (라) 상기 버터플라이 부재를 상기 밸빙통로에 배설하고 상기 축을 상기 몸체에 저어널하고 상기 유입구와 유출구 사이의 유동을 제어하기 위해 상기 축을 회전하는 단계를 포함하는 버터플라이 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 버터플라이를 형성하는 상기 단계는 허브에서 림까지 연장한 상기 브레이트에 강성림을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 버터플라이 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
