Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 양측에 설치하여 운전자의 후방시야를 확보하기 위한 백밀러에 관한 것으로, 특히 반사경에 직사광선이 직접 조사되거나 우천시 빗물이 투입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 백밀러에 관한 것이다. 근자에는 백밀러의 반사경에 와이퍼를 설치하거나 열선을 내장하여 수적을 제거하거나 증발시키도록 하므로서 후방을 투시할 수 있도록 하고 있는데, 이 또한 근본적으로 빗물의 투입을 차단하는 것이 아니고 이미 투입된 빗물을 어느정도 제거 또는 소멸 시키게 되는 것이어서 선명한 투시 효과를 거두기 어려웠음은 물론 더욱이 직사광선의 반사는 감수할 수 밖에 없었던 문제점이 있었던 것이다.
본 발명은 이와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 백밀러의 상방에 다단계의 출몰식 차단판을 설치하므로서 반사경에 직사광선이 직접 조사되거나 빗물이 투입되는 것을 원천적으로 방지하여 운전자의 후방 투시를 선명하게 한 것이다.

  1. 본체(1)의 개구부(2)에 반사경(3)을 설치한 공지의 것에 있어서, 본체(1)의 내측 상부에 함실(4)을 형성하여 이에 다단계의 차단판(5a)(5b)(5c)이 출몰되도록 하여서 된 자동차의 백밀러.
