Abstract

본 발명은 오디오 또는 차량, 산업기기에서 소리재생시 사용되는 스피크의 음질을 향상시키기 위해 소리를 발생시키는 드라이버의 구조중 보이스 코일을 개선하여 음질을 향상시킨 다층 보이스 코일을 이용한 스피커에 관한 것으로, 보이스 코일 와이어를 2층권으로 할시의 음질은 저음역이 약하고, 중, 고음역의 음압은 높게 되며, 4층권으로 할시의 음질은 진동계의 중량이 과도히 무거워져 운동능률이 저하함과 동시에 중, 고음역의 음압은 다운되므로, 본 발명에서는 보이스 코일 와이어를 4층권으로 하되 3, 4층권 보이스 코일의 권폭이 1, 2층권 보이스 코일의 권폭에 대하여 일정한 비율이 되도록 함으로써 보이스 코일을 2층권으로 하여 얻는 특성과 4층권으로 하여 얻는 특성을 동시에 가질 수 있도록 하여 저음감을 향상시키면서 저-중-고음 발란스도 향상시키고 또한 음의 박력감도 향상시킨다.

Claims (2)

  1. 다층 보이스 코일을 이용한 스피커를 제작함에 있어서, 보이스 코일 보빈(2) 둘레로 감기는 보이스 코일 와이어(3)를 4층권으로 하면서 1층권 보이스 코일(3-1)과 2층권 보이스 코일(3-2)은 거의 같은 권폭(L1)으로 감고, 3층권 보이스 코일(3-3)은 1층권 보이스 코일(3-1)이 감기는 상측에서 부터 감기도록 하면서 3층권 보이스 코일(3-3)의 권폭(L2)은 1층권 보이스 코일(3-1)의 권폭(L1)의 2/3 이하를 유지하도록 하여 제작함을 특징으로 하는 다층 보이스 코일을 이용한 스피커
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 4층권의 보이스 코일 와이어(3)중 4층권 보이스 코일(3-4)은 3층권 보이스 코일(3-3)을 위에서 부터 아래로 감은 후에 다시 아래에서 부터 연속해서 위로 3층권 보이스 코일(3-3)을 감기 시작한 위치까지 감아서 형성함을 특징으로 하는 다층 보이스 코일을 이용한 스피커
