Abstract
원자력 발전소의 압력용기는 연료구성요소를 수납할 목적에서 압력용기피팅(pressure-vessel fittings)으로 장착되어 있다.
이 타입의 벌크부품(bulky part)을 대칭할 경우 원자력발전소의 외측위치로 운반하기 위한 가장 큰 운반콘테이너가 필요하다.
따라서, 더 작은 크기의 운반 콘테이너를 사용하여 벌크부품의 분해가 필요하다.
그 분해조작은 물탱크(4)저면상에 개방운반콘테이너(1)를 설정시켜 구성함으로써 복잡한 지지장치없이 실시할 수 있다.
그 벌크부품(5)을 운반콘테이너에 삽입시켜, 그 운반콘테이너(1)의 단면(12)위에서 소정량 돌출시킨다.
그 벌크부품은 그 운반콘테이너(1)의 단면상에 설정한 분리장치에 의해 단면(12)상에 분리된다.

제1도는 수직위치에서 압력용기로부터 뽑아낸 코어 콘테이너(core container)의 단면도, 제2도는 그 코어 콘테이너에 삽입한 개방운반 콘테이너와 분리장치의 횡단면도, 제3도는 폐쇄 운반 콘테이너의 횡단면도.
Claims (1)
- 원자력 발전소의 압력용기피팅(pressure-vessel fitting)의 벌크부품(bulky part)(5)을 개방 운반 콘테이너(open transport container)(1)에 삽입시켜 그 개방 운반 콘테이너(1)의 단면(end face)(12)상에서 소정량 돌출시키고, b) 그 개방 운반 콘테이너(1)의 단면(12)상에서 분리장치를 지지시켜 그 개방 운반 콘테이너에 대하여 고정시키며, c) 그 벌크부품(5)을 단면(12)위에서 분리하는 운반할 수 있는 부품 크기로 그 벌크부품(5)을 분해하는 방법에 있어서, d) 저면부(bottom part)(2)와 케이싱부(casing part)(3)로 구성된 운반 콘테이너(1)를 사용하여, e) 저면부(2)를 물탱크(water tank)(4) 저면상에 설정시키고, f) 그 벌크부분(5)을 저면부(2)에 삽입시켜, g) 저면부(2)와 접촉하도록 그 삽입된 벌크부품(5)상에서 슬리브 형상(sleeve-like manner)으로 그 케이싱부(3)를 이동시켜 저면부에 접속시킴을 특징으로 하는 원자력 발전소의 압력용기 피팅의 벌크부품을 분해하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
